They took a $650 dollar year subscription from me and it never worked! I have been sending time after time requests for help, money back... etc... They just took my money and disappeared. SCAM SCAM SCAM site!

To say they are a business is giving them too much credit. I blame myself though for trusting them. There is no customer support service nothing on their website. That should have sent up the red flags right there. The site was great for a minute until I started to depend on them. And then to read they don’t believe in refunds means they know they are getting ready to take you for a ride! Run don’t walk!! STAY AWAY AND DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES SUBSCRIBE!! As soon as I hit send I am hitting cancel and chalk up the $25.00 loss.

Worked well for a while but no longer works at all and customer support is non-existent.

No support or working to access the paid area as I paid for. No support or something even if I mailed several times and needed fast support and also refund because of this bad support.

Really bad and will lead to the break down of this bad website.

My experience was very similar others here. They billed me for the year on my monthly trial sub and I had to demand a refund which they gave me. Quality of output not good ´I get much better just using Chat. Really cannot recommend them in this crowded overserved market.

This business entity does not respond to their support requests. Repeatedly I emailed support to no avail. I agree to other commenters that their content output are not excellent and contains a lot of repetitions. Even on their Facebook ad, mine and other concerns are not addressed at all.

I intended to try this out and order 1 month subscription. They charged me for a year $228. I immediately attempted to cancel but get no response. They don't answer their email. Have no telephone number listed. They claim to be in Jacksonville FL but are not listed as a business, DBA or LLC. This is a Scam. This site Predraft.ai s owned by Next AI LLC in FL. That business was dissolved in January this year. The business was registered by Registered Agent Inc. so we have no corporate address, no phone number and no name of corporate officers.

In its current state, Pre Draft Ai has a mismatch between prompts and content makes it less than ideal for article generation. It is not responsive and on-target like CHAT GPT. it is useless but they have charged me $900 australian for the whole year. Come on Pre draft Ai be brave return my money. You should let me know before just taking out the money.

This ai repeats itself a lot and produces content that cannot pass ai detectors. These 2 issues could be resolved by the ability to rewrite a paragraph, but currently it can only rewrite the entire article. I get better results with chatGPT directly, by prompting it in the right way. On top of these issues, I wanted to cancel before the trial was over, but web chat never responds. I was charged and had to do a chargeback since they never responded to my refund request.
