I really like this loyalty program. I've been using it for several years. The automatic emails help me keep in touch with my customers. Customers really enjoy the recognition they receive. Overall, a terrific program for my salon business.

Overall, the system works as advertised and we have very few problems with it. It was the best system we could find given our POS system did not have a built in rewards program.

The service rep "Matt" is very knowledge and helpful.

I knew when we set out to find a loyalty partner we would need a team who would take the time to understand our needs and would help educate us along the way.

From the initial call with Brett at Preferred Patron, we have been blown away with the knowledge, professionalism and speedy replies. The team at Preferred Patron has been absolutely great to work with and their attitude of "no question is ever stupid" has helped to build a very open collaboration between our company and Preferred Patron.

Overall the system has given us the ability to collect useful customer data allowing us to build on customer loyalty and drive customer frequency. It has also giving us the ability to remarket to new customers who may have only visited once, by leveraging meaningful email communications.

I would recommend Preferred Patron to anyone.

Marketing materials for coupons, newsletters needs to be updated so it provides more flexibility and design options.

Tried other programs originally but found no value in them. Solutions and customer service was often lacking. I did not like advertising their brand instead of my own brand on email and card design. I am very happy I found Preferred Patron program. It does a much better job interacting.

We have been with Preferred Patron for many years. The system is great, easy to use, always reliable, and the Preferred Patron staff is very engaged with us when needed. I always Joke with my contact Brett that no matter when I call him he always answers the the phone and has time for me. It's like he waiting on me to call. (Not that I have to call a lot) :)

Great Product, Great People!

The Preferred Patron product has been excellent for our organization and does what we need it to do. Their support has been very good and they have responded well when we have a question. I would highly recommend this product!

As would be expected for frozen yogurt shops, the winter season can be brutal for business. Thank God we have this system working to drive business during of peak season! The marketing and engagement capabilities are the best I've seen in any system. It allows us to reach out to our customers at times when they otherwise are not thinking about frozen yogurt. Business after Preferred Patron is measurably better than before. The company and support staff are great too! Always there when you need them! I recommend to any small business.
