We knew that when we decided to go for our 35th wedding anniversary, there was no one better than Premier Africa to plan our trip. After a brief question and answer with Carolyn & Desi, a perfect itinerary was created for our interests: e-bike tour of Cape Town and the Wineries; Table Mountain; Cape Good Hope and a visit to see the Penguins. Our guide, Jordan was so accommodating and insightful. We felt like we were leaving family when we left him for the next stop on our adventure, the Mala Mala Lodge.

You would imagine that the safari would be the highlight of the trip, and it did not disappoint. The knowledge and tracking skills of our guide Deon was phenomenal. He exercised patience and understood and anticipated the animals’ movements, allowing us to get the best views and photos. Each day was a new more exhilarating experience: tracking a lioness who reunited with her cubs, tracking a pack of wild dogs, and observing a leopard eating suspended thirty feet in a tree. The trip left indelible memories leaving us wanting to return to experience the magic with our children.

Of course, the experience would not have been the same without the welcoming, friendly and accommodating staff. They went out of their way to anticipate our needs. For example, coffee waiting for us at breakfast before we asked to an unexpected Champagne toast at the top of Table Mountain. So many thoughtful gestures. The safari was wonderful, but the Premier Africa staff and Guides made the experience over the top.

Gaynor and the Premier Africa team planned our trip to South Africa and Zimbabwe, and it felt like a true VIP experience from start to finish. Every detail was handled seamlessly. The team checked in regularly and was quick to help when our bag went missing. Every guide was knowledgeable, going above and beyond. Hotels, restaurants and excursions were well chosen, matching our budget and expectations. We highly recommend Gaynor and Premier Africa, and we’re already thinking about our next safari!

With our desire to experience an African Safari, a friend introduced us to Gaynor of Premier Africa. From our very first consultation, she listened to what we wanted and responded quickly to every question. An exciting itinerary was developed for an adventure of a life time.

From Cape Town, Victoria Falls and two Safaris, every detail was handled to perfection. Not only was the trip exquisite, it soon became apparent that Premier Africa has established an intricate network for ease of passage from country to country. This completely took the stress out of our journey. The trip was sensational!!!

This was the best travel experience that we've ever had and we have had many. From start to finish, every detail was planned and executed flawlessly. Gaynor Dillin, our travel advisor, was more than excellent. She was in contact with us frequently to make sure we were enjoying our trip. When weather jeopardized one of our excursions, she was quick to find a substitute that was even better. Our guides, Abdul Clarke and Sue Lowe, were so wonderful and we valued their expertise and loved their company. You can't go wrong using Premier Africa.

From the moment we stepped off the plane in Cape Town, everything was seamless. We toured the amazing sights of Cape Town and the stunning Winelands, enjoyed incredible food, and loved the pacing of the scheduled tours. Special recognition goes to our guide, Abdul—he made us feel like absolute VIPs throughout.

Behind the scenes, Danielle provided exceptional support from start to finish, always ready with an answer for any question we had.

When we headed to Shamwari Game Reserve, the experience continued just as wonderfully (if not even better), including the smooth transfers from and to Port Elizabeth. The entire staff at Shamwari was exceptional and the food was amazing.

Premier Africa truly knows how to plan a perfect trip, and this was exactly that. I highly recommend them—THANK YOU!

From beginning to end, Premier Africa( and Danielle) was spot on! We never had to worry about a thing during our entire trip. All the accommodations were first rate, tour guides were extremely knowledgeable and personable. Will recommend Premier Africa to anybody wanting a spectacular trip with no stress!!

On the recommendation from a previous client, we found Premier Africa, and asked Gaynor to plan "the trip of a lifetime" for us and she did just that!
From the very first communication to getting back home Gaynor was there with constant communication, feedback and follow up on our trip the entire time. Every detail was planned for us and exceeded our expectations at every turn. Our first trip to Africa, our first safari experience covering 3 countries (South Africa, Zimbabwe and Botswana) and 17 days could have not been more perfect and life changing.

Premier Africa …Simply the best !
The entire trip to South Africa was planned flawlessly . From the flights to the 5 star accommodations, amazing tour guides and meals .
The Kruger park safari at Lions Sand was beyond amazing as well as old drift lodge in Zimbabwe.
They left no stones unturned .
The planning team ( Gaynor Dillon and team ) kept in constant contact and made the trip the most seamless and memorable we have ever taken . Do not hesitate to use this company it is SIMPLY THE BEST .

Have traveled with other good companies but Premier Africa was by far the best. From always having someone meeting us at airports to accommodations to safaris to guides, we were treated with the utmost care. Would recommend Premier Africa without hesitation.

The Heaven in Kigali was old and tired and our plunge pool didn’t work. I suggest you find an alternative in Kigali. The Singita in Rwanda was wonderful as was the Singita Gremeti. Zanzibar was a bit of a shock for us; we weren’t prepared for the filth and severe poverty. The White Sands was excellent and lunch at the Rock was memorable. I am serious when I say I NEVER write reviews! I can’t pass on the opportunity to express my gratitude and thanks to Premier Africa. This was my wife’s bucket list trip and premier nailed it! The service, communication and amenities were top shelf. Not sure how you vacation for 2 weeks with ZERO ISSUES. Gaynor, Glen, Abdul, Zakke and everyone throughout the trip were amazing. I could go on and on but in short…ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!!

Great service from first minute to the end! Gaynor and her team had made our trip a life time luxurious, enjoyable and memorable. The accommodation surpassed our expectations. The golf courses selection was superb especially the Links! Shamwari is amazing place to visit along with others stops along the way. Thank you for offering post tour to the Victoria Falls!
