Oasis gold package
We purchased places for Oasis the gold package, one month before the Wembley Show on the 27th of september. We have to say that we were a bit worried because we didn’t know at the time Premier Events but they did a wonderful job and we were able to assist to a completely sold-out concert for which no tickets were left.
Thank you the team, we won’t forget it, it was biblical!

Decide first and reserve tickets first.
It was difficult to pay by credit card from Japan, my country. David helped me a lot and finally I could bought tickets. I reserved tickets almost 11 months ago and received e-tickets just before departure.
It was a little anxious but again, David replied my inquiry quickly and received tickets.
Very trustful company.
My seats are very nice and my husband and I enjoyed our first Last Night of The Proms very much.
We were even shown briefly on BBC.

Tickets for the Last Night of the Proms arrived as promised six days before the event.
We purchased tickets for the Last Night of the Proms event at the Royal Albert Hall through Premier Events.
We did not know the company but they answered our questions and seemed credible so we went ahead and paid for our tickets in November 2024.
We were advised that our they would not arrive until shortly before the date of the show so were nervous as to whether they would actually arrive but six days before the show two legitimate tickets dropped into my inbox and we had a fantastic time the following Saturday, with front row seats. Thank you Premier Events, you did exactly what you promised.

Good experience
Originally I booked 4 tickets in error. I called them and they answered quickly and made the necessary change for me. They were polite and helpful throughout.
They emailed me before the concert for names on the tickets. Access was superb to Wembley - no queuing and seers were very good. All in all a good experience. I would use them again

I came from the U.S. to see Coldplay at Wembley and was very skeptical about getting tickets for the show as I read horror stories online.

Purchased Coldplay tickets via Premier Events - the package was exactly as described, easy to book via their website and everything was straight forward and hassle free. Would definitely recommend.
Just some constructive feedback but doesn’t take away from a good service, we were informed that tickets would be transferred 3-4 days prior to the event, I totally appreciate and understand that you pass them on as soon as you receive them from the venue but just over 24hrs before the event, we hadn’t received them and was a bit worrying as no update. A quick email and we had them a few hours later, just think a simple email explaining this is perfectly normal would have been appreciated.
Overall a great service to secure seats in often sold out shows or a premium seat, so would use again. Thank you!
