I have used Premier Properties in Uddingston in the past and have always found them to be friendly and professional. I have just this year asked them to manage a rental property and would have no hesitation in recommending them. I can't believe how Stephen and his team have taken the stress out of renting out a property for me. I would never take this on myself again. Any problems that my tenant has are dealt with promptly, and at a reasonable cost. The recently refurbished offices are lovely, (and covid safe). It is always easy to get in touch, and phone calls are always returned promptly.

This is not the first time that i have used Premier property, and i am sure it will not be the last.
When they were dealing with my sale it was as if my house was the only one that they had to sell,constantly keeping me updated on all viewings and feedback, there presentation of my property was great from start to finish, Stephen and his team where amazing.

We recently sold our Property with Premier Properties and the service (and support) from start to finish was outstanding. I cannot rate both Stephen and Marlene highly enough. Both were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and went that extra mile to advise and support; they made the whole process simple, straightforward and overall, took on all of the stress of selling our home.
Would recommend Premier 100% - they really take care of you at every stage; they are always available; extremely reliable and a fantastic support.

The service we received from Premier was first class. The staff where pleasant and helpful on the phone and Stephen was very quick on coming out the property. We where very happy with the social media photos and description of the property, would highly recommend.

I was looking to find a flat to rent quickly for my son and myself, Gail was really on the ball, getting me a quick viewing and then handling my needs very professionally. Excellent service. Used this company for selling my home and renting while looking for new property. Couldn't fault them.

Stephen was very informative, confident and knowledgeable for us; first time sellers. He Explained the process very well and promptly arranged viewings and all the paperwork. He communicated with us all through the process and answered all questions. We got a great sale in the end and wouldn’t deal with anyone else in the future other than this company. Our experience was stress free and this was solely down to the staff.

I sold my property straight after lockdown. Stephen came in to value our property I felt at ease Straight away. The property was sold quickly. Great support from premier. Every viewer called next day and report given to us. I would recommend them and would not pass them for any future property sale.
