This is a for sure real company because I purchased from them and they have been very good about making everything right. Great quality, but comfort is good, not great. We have recliners and if there was no recline function they are only okay comfort. The recline function works well, but it's the way it works that is not great...you have to put the feet all the way up, but the back moves back before the feet are all the way up so you then have to bring the back, back forward in order to get mostly comfortable. When layed all the way back it will not go to zero gravity like our old furniture. Overall, love it because it feels like it will last a very long time and I can, with a little extra, work, get it to where it is comfortable.

Purchased in April 2025. Received the sofa on August 21st. The delivery that is described as "white glove" didn't happened because we picked up from the warehouse ourselves. They had delivery delays because of staffing and we were leaving town the next weekend and had a house-sitter...that we didn't want sitting in the floor. We asked for reimbursement for the delivery and setup and they obliged since we did all of the unpacking and setup plus the disposal of packing materials which you can't appreciate without seeing how much it actually is. Our yard looked like Sanford & Sons. The sofa looks beautiful and you can tell is well made with attention to detail but right out of the box very firm. We paid a lot so assumed it would break-in and last longer than an ordinary sofa soft at delivery and it is built solid. That is the hope and it is still very firm but where have been sitting is softening up.

I love my new sofa! The service was great, every time I sent an email, they replied and were super helpful and explained in detail. Dorothy is knowledgeable and super responsive. Glass piece was missing, and they send the replacement immediately. I was hesitant to order online, but they are legit. It took a while to get my couch, but it was worth the wait. I finally received the sofa after a little over 4 month wait. It looks great. Comfortable. Good quality. I think the company should include a diagram for the wiring and a diagram showing the configuration of the sofa, but the delivery guys figured it out. Very happy with the product.

I'm very happy wity the sofa. I ordered the los angeles couch, it look great. Beautiful leather color (mint). Excellent Craftmanship. The seats are very comfortable, not too soft. Grain leather looks stunning. It takes 12 weeks for the sofa to arrive.

I placed my order January ‘24 and approximately 3.5 months later. Well worth the wait, as my custom buffalo leather couch was fantastic quality. The leather is great. The style matches the website photographs and their custom work matched my specifications. I’m overjoyed with my couch and would recommend Bullhoff to anyone now.

The sofas are very nice. I got Buffalo leather, with sleeping option (both sofas). Leather is very thick and durable – I have a cat so it was important element when I ordered. I had many different sofas over years from US and Europe. This one is very unique with respect to sleeping setup. It is amazing how easy is to make and how comfortable is the mattress. The delivery is great as well.

The sofa sectional is mega unique, it's beautiful. The leather looks amazing, I got Buffalo leather, the seat depth is great, and the delivery is great as well. Since my living room is pretty big, I ordered the sofa a little bigger, but I wish I'd ordered the chaise a little larger. Delivery has taken about 13 weeks. Despite the long delivery time, I got a sofa that fits perfectly into my living room, with amazing craftmanship.

I purchased a blue "Las Vegas" sectional couch from Premium Sofas. This is my best couch ever. The design is so amazing. Assembly was a bit challenging, but white glove service handled it. I'm so glad I found a designer sofa like that.

It's always difficult to order a piece of furniture online without first viewing it. I dared to purchase the leather couch Los Angeles because of its extraordinary appeal. Prior to the purchase, I was able to get detailed answers to my questions promptly, friendly and competently. Upon request, material samples were sent immediately - along with advice on color and variants. As the standard size would not have fit by a few inches, a custom product was also required, and suggestions were also provided for possible production. In the end, I ordered on December 28, 2022 and expected a delivery time of up to 15 weeks. The design, quality, and feel of the room are exactly what I was looking for.

The sofa is of very good quality, and the leather quality is perfect. The delivery time was a bit lengthy, about 12 weeks. The wait is well worth it since the sofa is super.

Great sofa quality !!! I just received our new Sofa and we love it. The purchase experience was fantastic. The chaise of the sofa is very comfortable, the leather is thick and soft, fantastic design !
