PremiumCues Reviews

Exactly as described and promised excellent delivery service

Great cue case, well packaged, on time, no fluff. The way it should be.

I ordered a case on a Friday afternoon. There were clear delivery instructions so I knew I could expect delivery on The following Wednesday. As expected that was the day of delivery. Email communications were more that sufficient and using the Shop App is a smart way to track the process of the order. Will definitely use Premium Cues again.

I went for an Asia Cues cue with a Premier Cues aluminium case in green.
Both excellent and sent at lightening speed. My son will love giving me these as Christmas presents this year.

Excellent service couldn’t recommend enough spoke with Paul on the phone prior to my order was very helpful and straight after phone call made my order and arrived within a couple of days would highly recommended would definitely buy again very satisfied with my purchase

My son was very happy with his cue, he’s had sneak peak as it’s for Christmas, plus a complimentary accessory pack

Great case, packaged perfectly and delivered fast thankyou

Premium Cues carry a good stock of Peradon cues (among others). Online purchase to delivery was very fast. Paul answered my queries on the chatbot. Competitive prices and great service. I'm delighted with my new cue, delivered in a smart Halo case.
I'm happy to recommend Premium Cues.

Excellent value good quality delivered on time

As expected great service prompt delivery

Cue had little bit of damage, messaged and resolved with a small refund and some free accessories.

Cheers.

Excellent communication at all times and a very timely delivery. The main factor for me is the speed of the delivery. Talk to any customer and they will tell you that delivery is all important.
