Fast service. Cue is perfect

Outstanding service! My partner ordered a cue case as a Christmas gift for me. When I opened it and realised the wrong one had been sent, my partner emailed them on Christmas morning. Couldn't believe it when she received a reply, ( on Xmas day!!! ) only an hr later, promising to send the correct one out on the next available shipping day! Received it today and really pleased with it! Top quality company who I will be recommending without a doubt! Thank you Premium Cues!👍👍

Product is expensive but tip is ok to shape and plays ok

Delivered on time.

Very very helpful.

Recently ordered from here but had a few questions before I placed my order. Paul replied quickly and provided me with the advice and answered my questions very quickly.
Super helpful and quick delivery
Fabulous business
Thank you

Paul,
A big, massive thank you, after me turning up Sunday afternoon, partially unannounced.
The cue I purchased is of exemplary quality, the craftsmanship and design of this cue are truly exceptional, I am confident that it has already enhanced my enjoyment of the game significantly, the weight, the balance, the smoothness of the cue provide me with precision and control when attempting shots, allowing me to perform at the highest level I possibly can, and being able to try it out on a full size snooker table while I was there was a cut above the rest.
The cue case I purchased is also of exemplary quality, it gives excellent protection to my new cue.
I would like to extend my sincere gratitude for the gift of the snooker accessories, I will cherish these gifts and use them with pride in all my future games.
The equipment, the accessories, the set up you have up there in Scotland is truly superb, it was well worth the trip from Wales.
I would also like to thank your staff and yourself for the warm hospitality we received.

Excellent products at a great price delivered to my door on the next business day. I've purchased a few things from them and am always really pleased.

First time dealing with this company but I was impressed. Professional service and delivered quicker than they estimated.
Thoroughly recommended.

Great service, definitely use them
Again

The cue towels are of very good quality and I would recommend them to anyone

Great range of products, customer service and delivery

Great cues at a great price. Quick delivery! Will be my go to store from now on

Brilliant product

Beautiful ash and ebony snooker cue. I'm thrilled with this cue as it's very responsive and already I get plenty of cue ball action.

The only company I use due to the consistency of service. Highly recommended.
