Outstanding Experience with Tom at Premium Flights
I was initially hesitant to book with Premium Flights because I found them through Facebook, and I have seen many travel companies advertise “special deals” that are not really special. However, my experience with **Tom** completely changed my mind.
Tom was professional, responsive, patient, and genuinely focused on finding me the best possible option. The first business-class itinerary he found was around $3,800, which was already a strong deal compared with the more than $5,200 I was seeing elsewhere. Then, about three hours later, Tom called me back because he had found an even better itinerary for approximately $3,500.
That level of follow-up impressed me. He did not simply take the first acceptable booking and move on—he continued searching and saved me close to $2,000 while securing an excellent business-class itinerary on ITA Airways.
The support throughout the process was outstanding, the ticket was issued promptly, and Tom made the entire experience smooth and reassuring. I went from being skeptical to extremely impressed.
I highly recommend Tom and Premium Flights to anyone looking for international premium-cabin travel. This was exceptional service, a genuinely excellent fare, and one of the best travel-booking experiences I have had.

Boston to Lisbon
Naomi reached out to me asking if I needed assistance in my travel plans. I told her that I do not have any plans at the time, give me some options. She set up a flight to Lisbon from Boston, for my wife and I and it was all so easy to do, so we booked it. Naomi is very professional and eager to complete the booking. I will use Naomi in my future travel arrangements.
Thanks for your help!

Tanya exceeded my expectations!
Tanya exceeded my expectations on my trip. She secured first class tickets on a European trip for half of what I was seeing online. Sounds cliche but I thought it was too good to be true. She’s a very professional, courteous, and honest person. Her follow up wasn’t pushy…it was professional. Thank you Tanya!

I cancelled my request as Nick K continues to call literally back to back after I told him I’m at work and will return the call at my earliest convenience. Still continued to call not once but multiple times within the course of 3 minutes. So sad, wanted to try this service but will more be harassed.
