I came across this product through a TV ad that positioned it as a “life-changing” solution. The ad directed me via QR code to a purchase page showing a price of $19.79, which I proceeded to pay.

Shortly after, I noticed an unexpected charge of $31.77 on my credit card (from PREMIUMFOOTCOM). After contacting the company, they issued a partial refund of $11.98—without a clear explanation.

Then, approximately 10 days later, an additional charge of $39.95 appeared on my card from the same merchant.

When I reached out multiple times, the responses referenced various terms and conditions that were not clearly disclosed at checkout. The overall experience suggests a pricing structure that relies heavily on fine print rather than transparent, upfront communication.

If a product is advertised at $19.79, but the effective total approaches $60 for a single unit (not a pair), that should be clearly stated from the beginning. A simple disclosure such as:

“$19.79 price applies only under a membership-based offer. See terms and conditions below.”

would have made a significant difference.

Horrible experience! Everything you read here is true. Walmart sells a similar pair for $9.99 without forcing you to pay for a $39 membership. It cost me $35 USPS to send this single shoe stretcher back. If I could inflict pain upon the man behind this scam I would.

Absolutely loser company it appears you’re gonna get a shoe stretcher for $19. It shows up and it’s $35 then all of a sudden there’s some recurring subscription fee of $40. Why can’t people just do the right thing it’s a scam stay away.

I just now placed the order and I am hoping for the best. Your foot stretcher has the highest rating that I can find beating out Wal Mart thank you Robert Patterson.

Purchased a shoe stretcher in November 2025. Just discovered my credit card has been charged $39.95 for 5 months. Reached out to customer service (Premium Foot) and received a flippant response stating I opted in for “subscription “ for online discounts! Slippery shell game they use by tempting you with a discount on your intended purchase. Bad actors!

Unit changed a $140 pair of boots so I can now wear them for more than 15 minutes at a time. Excellent product for the price.

The shoe wideners are a well made product. I'm leaving them in for a whole week. I bought new Skechers and they're not quite wide enough. I believe the wideners will do the trick. We'll see. I'll let you know. Take care and have a blessed day.
