Searched the internet for a good deal on a Ninja Fryer when this website came up. Did my usual due diligence, except I didn't cross reference with Trustpilot. I found the fryer I was after, twenty quid cheaper than the usual electrical stores and free delivery! So I ordered one on the 16th of December. Today I checked the tracking to find the website has disappeared, so Googled and up pops alarms bells via Trustpilot. I've checked my online bank account and nothing has been taken from my account but I've put a freeze on all my cards and a permanent freeze on my cards being used for gambling. I've also lowered the maximum that can be used by contactless to a tenner. I assume whoever has my details will use them at some point to pay for coffee, cinema tickets or whatever but fingers crossed they'll leave me alone.

Same story, i am ashamed to be scammed. I always check whether there is a physical address and phone number, the website email confirmation has manchester address, no phone number, the email is now not reachable, the website has vanished, my money for ninja air fryer not taken, but no delivery either, like others here, i suspect card details will be used else where, i blocked the card. does not exist, trust pilot email and check, wish you can do something more to catch these criminals.

So wish I had read trust pilot before ordering an air fryer! Took money from my account under a didn’t company name. In the hands of the credit card company now.
Total scam

i brought ninja airfry which was £126 and the website looks legal and everything and i waited 3 days nothing and i messeged nothing and i checked my account n they told £79 x2 from my credit card which total was 158 for british airways which i dont know nothing about and sorting out for refund.

so much hassle n the website is proper scam and fraud.

I checked my account when my order had not arrived and my emails were unanswered. My card details were used on Unibet, card now cancelled.

This is a scam company!! I ordered products at a 'too good to be true' price offer, a few hours later the credit card was used fraudulently and thankfully immediately blocked by credit card fraud squad. The initial transaction was not processed the credit card details were kept and used later. Fortunately the only inconvenience is having to destroy the card and wait for a new one, not great at Christmas time, but grateful to the credit card company for their vigilance!

Why didn’t I read these reviews before buying from this site? Probably because the site looks so professional. Needless to say, this is a scam! Everything about it is fake. I suppose I was lucky - there were no debits on my credit card but that could be due to the increased level of security imposed by my credit card company. I will never moan about having to authorise even the smallest purchase again! Promise! But I have had to cancel the credit card which is very inconvenient at this time of year and will have to change the details on numerous subscriptions. Avoid like the plague!

Ordered and received nothing as per other reviews .no debit made on credit card and no other purchases made with my details . Really can’t see what they are getting out of doing this other than mis leading people in to thinking they have bought and item . Wish I’d read these reviews first . Wouk’s have given zero rating obviously but not allowed . AVOID

They advertise items eg Ninja Air fryer but seem to be unable to fulfil. I placed an order on 1 December and my account still says processing. I've emailed them twice but had no response

I ordered a Ninja air fryer on 8/11 and still have not received this. I have emailed, asking for an update but have not received a reply! Very unsatisfactory!

as others have already said I ordered something, nothing sent, no replies to emails, have now had to cancel credit card - just before Christmas. Avoid like the plague

Still have not received my order have contacted them a couple of times and they haven't responded. No telephone number to ring.

Same here. Ordered on 22.11.23 no news of dispatch. No payment taken but my credit card was used the next day to buy £100 worth on the Starbucks app. Thankfully the next £50 was blocked. Credit card company investigating. Could it be the scammers? Just such a coincidence!

Why is the site still on google?

SCAM! Ordered on credit card, received email confirmation but not responding to messages. No item. Also have not been charged.

I ordered Ninja Air Fryer from Premium Home Stores on 16 November. The order status still says processing and my email and order alert messages have not been replied to. No money has been taken from my credit card and needless to say, no air fryer has arrived. Not happy.

Stole my credit card details and tried to purchase from boots! Thankfully credit card declined it and replaced the card. Have reported the site to the national cyber security centre.

If you have ordered something from this website please STOP reading this and IMMEDIATELY cancel the card you used.
This is not a company. You purchase something, no money is taken for the purchase but you get an order confirmation email immediately.
Criminals then use your card details to purchase themselves things online as you have provided all they need until you realize.
Luckily I read this post immediately after ordering so cancelled my card which has been so inconvenient HOWEVER....
.. Glad I did as when I woke up the next day there were several attempts at purchases at online casinos.
