Irregular Experience, Wrong Size
I ordered scrubs from this company, and it was very unusual: no confirmation email, so I wrote asking about my order, and received an email that a confirmation would come soon. About one month later, I received a well-taped package in the mail, marked as if for international shipping. The return address was Jamaica, NY, but it mentioned Pakistan on the return address also, and had large USA mention on the packaging labels, as if the package came from outside the US. Inside was my complete order. The texture of the materials is strange. I ordered cotton scrubs and linen scrubs. Both materials feel off, but maybe my linen scrubs are thick and coarse, and my cotton scrubs are unusually soft (almost like rayon). Unfortunately none of the scrubs fit. I ordered a size that usually gives me ample room to spare, and every pair of pants I received was just too tight. No label on the scrubs, just a little size tag inside each item, as if it were made by hand! I am glad to receive my goods, but there were so many unusual circumstances about my order. The website mentions free shipping for orders above $150; I bought over $300 in scrubs and was charged $60 for shipping! I am waiting to hear back from the company to see if a refund is possible. I overall recommend choosing well-known entities for buying scrubs, and am unlikely to buy from this company again.
