Ordered dress for my granddaughter's prom on March 11, 2026, non-customized, thinking we would get it quicker if it didn't have to be made to order. Ordered a size medium. Here we are April 26, 2026, weeks later and no dress, no shipping information provided (eventhough they said it was enroute) and a threat of a 60% fee to cancel. Horrible customer service. Never ever order from this company. They will rob you blind. Not to mention we had to order a backup dress because her prom is in a few days.

I would put negative stars if I could. We ordered a dress, paid for express shipping. One month went by so we contacted them. They hadn’t even shipped it or started on it. Don’t waste your time with this website!

I wish I could give it a negative rating. This company is a complete utter disgusting scam. DONT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. THIS IS A SCAM SITE. THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY AND GIVE YOU NOTHING.

Never received order.. No response when you email the company.. They send you a tracking number for your package that seems to be stuck in one place for months. Complete SCAM!!

I ordered a Channel denim tote bag on 10/4/2025 for 65.88 USD, and the payment was charged to my account. I was notified on 11/15/25 that payment was delivered to a ZIP code that was not mine. The tracking only provided a zip code, no address. I have sent several emails since with no response.

I actually waited to rate PreppyDress a zero. The site is a total scam. Please do not fall. Pray to the scam artist. My daughter ordered a homecoming dress in September. We kept getting updates that it had arrived at customs, and was in route to our house. Until it was delivered to a phony address in Los Angeles.

Placed order against my better judgement. Homecoming dress for my granddaughter. Not overly priced. Received tracking. Delivered in Northern Delaware, supposedly! Three emails to customer service all with the same response, absolutely nothing!! Writing off that money and will stick with my instincts from now on, despite my granddaughter's pleas!

I ordered a dress for homecoming in the beginning of october.We are now in november and I still haven't received the dress. The trucking number they gave me says the dress was delivered.Somewhere in charlotte, north carolina and I don't live in charlotte, north carolina. I've been trying to reach out to the email that they gave me, but nobody is responding to me.I don't even know how to get a refund.

Definitely a scammers !!! Do not order from this website. Order never arrived and no way to contact company got an email saying the order had shipped but sent back due to a wrong addressed and that they would refund my money never happened and tried to contact again only to be sent to an email that doesn’t exist anymore as the email is invalid or doesn’t exist. Fraudster!!

0 stars definitely a scam. i orderd a dress for my birthday it shipped late and the tracking says delivered to another city... ive emailed multiple times, no reply. the phone number doesnt work. and i want my money back smh

I paid for a chanel bag in full and it didn't arrive, basically I was done. They are robbers, do not buy anything from this pathetic company, they are liars!

same as all the others below. Ordered a dress for an event on the 2nd of october, didn't hear anything from them for weeks. It was sent eventually, i tracked the parcel, after clearing customs it said they were returning to sender. I queried and never got a response. Now it's suddenly saying it was delivered 3 days ago despite nothing arriving. I will be contacting my bank to claim a scam and see if they can claim the money back forcefully because the company don't respond to emails. i've sent 4.

I wouldn’t even give it 1 star. Ordered my dress. Poor tracking info. No way to contact customer support. Phone number or email doesn’t work. My dress was supposedly delivered 4 hours from where I live. But no way to contact anyone. My emails are being returned as unable to be delivered. No way to get a return.
