Presco Reviews 

I had an urgent need for a very specific application; researching online, there were a lot of companies out there offering ATG guns and tapes, so it can be quite daunting and confusing.

I chose to call Presco because of the excellent detail and videos on their web site. I decided to call them to double-check what I needed, and I spoke with Claire; she was absolutely amazing, and in just a few minutes, we had explored my use case and I was offered the perfect solution for what I needed.

However, I am an engineer and a Fellow of the IET [for those of you that recognise that], and I am spectacularly fussy and particular (with a touch of OCD!), to the point that I drove to meet with Claire at Presco in-person; they are about a 90-minute round trip drive from me.

I am so glad that I did, because this is the rare occasion that you meet a company, and more importantly the people behind it, that are totally committed and passionate about their products and service. Claire gave me the opportunity to see a comparison of the products I was choosing between in action, and from there it was an easy decision to buy what I needed there and then.

Over the past couple of weeks, what I bought has proved to be exceptional in the execution of my use case; in fact, I have used it on so many other projects, that I am in danger of running out of what I bought for the primary use case :-)

This is a genuine review from someone who was offered NO incentives to buy these products (I paid the FULL price), and I found this company because of their great and honest advertising. This brings me to tonight, this Friday evening where I am sitting here writing a review for a company that has, over the past 46 years of my career, very rarely impressed me to the point of wanting to pen a review. I was, therefore, absolutely and totally shocked to read a small number of negative reviews here on Trustpilot; all I am going to say is this: I ACTUALLY went to see these amazing folk in-person, completely off my own back, and everyone that knows me will 100% endorse this... if I am impressed, my colleagues and friends with take that as a HUGE endorsement.

Sorry to go on so long, but hopefully, my honest and [completely independent] heart-felt endorsement for this company will persuade you to look beyond the very SMALL number of negative comments that you have read and engage with these amazing people.

Tried to order a part today, went thru the checkout to complete the order and this company name came up. this is not the company name of the site i was on. The fraud alert instantly was reported to my phone with a different amount with no product information. Now i have to cancel my card, stay away from this site.

Presco is attempting to suppress freedom of speech by asking Trustpilot to remove my last review, claiming it violated policy simply because I mentioned the name of their managing director – a name that is publicly available on their website and legally permissible to share.

On 27 June 2025, I made a real-time international payment of £172.75 to Presco UK Ltd (see proof in my Google review). The payment was related to an order that I cancelled immediately after placing it. Despite multiple requests, the company refused to refund me without any legally justifiable reason. I remained factual and respectful throughout (evidence available), yet I was met with disrespect and defamatory comments from the managing director. This is far from professional customer service.

I have documented the entire email exchange, the payment confirmation, and the invoice. Although I cannot attach files or links here, all supporting evidence is available in my Google review of Presco.

A criminal case is currently being investigated by the German Criminal Police (Case No. 250703-0216-IP6777), as well as Action Fraud UK (Crime Ref: NFRC250707462573). Fortunately, I was able to recover my payment through a chargeback via my bank, after Presco also refused to cooperate with their own bank. Due to the clear evidence, the refund was granted minus a €20 processing fee.

I strongly advise against doing any business with this company.

I left my negative review on Google six days ago. It was the first review for Presco in over 7 months. And now, suddenly, Presco has almost 10 new 5-star reviews – most of them posted exactly six days ago.
It’s pretty obvious they’re trying to drown out my critical review with fake or solicited ones. Honestly, it’s pathetic, embarrassing, and obvious to anyone who looks. Just check for yourself.

Fabulous service! I ordered some tassels and gave the wrong delivery address. I called them, they changed it and my goods were delivered two days later. Very helpful, very nice and I would definitely use them again. Highly recommended.

Excellent service... Their sales team went above and beyond to ensure my order arrived on time for an important event.

What a waste of time and money.

I placed an order for next day delivery of an A3 frame with the money being taken immediately from my bank. No receipt email or any evidence of this has been sent to me, which seems quite deliberate. I was then advised that my payment has failed - despite the money leaving my account and the item wasn't in stock to be delivered for next day delivery. No 'failed payment email' or any confirmation has been sent to me at all.

Why was I charged for a service and item that wasn't available that I now have no evidence of? Out of pocket and nothing to show for it.

I specifically asked for my order to be sent with the option to be left at my designated safe place as I could not be waiting at home for it the whole day...

What did Presco do? The exact reverse: they sent the order with the cheapest possible option meaning it could not be left at my safe place even though I had insisted over and over on this and they had charged me the same than with my previous order when the same courier did leave my item at a safe place...

So basically this company BLATANTLY IGNORES CUSTOMERS REQUESTS AND CHARGES THE SAME FOR CHEAPER SERVICES BUT THEY DON'T TELL YOU AND YOU ONLY FIND OUT ON DELIVERY DAY...

THIS COMPANY IS A DISGRACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Top quality products and a fast delivery service. I will definitely use Presco again.

The customer service team are incredibly helpful and friendly. I placed my order over the phone and it was ready straight away for me to collect. Definitely order through them again

I was absolutely delighted when Presco agreed to send me a free sample of one of their products to replace an A5 tassel from a 100th Birthday Card from King Charles to my mother in law. It was a lovely, thoughtful gesture from Presco. Much appreciated.

Don't be misled be any free offers. There are t&cs attached. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Asked for samples, received them next day, and they are just what we needed. Once we have fully developed the product, we will be back - excellent company communication skills.

Ordered 2 etape dispensers, arrived by date/time as advised. Products well wrapped, what more to say, 2 happy bunnies sealing their boxes. Will certainly recommend your company to anyone who asks. Thanks again for swift service
