Because you get a call every month, and they really monitor you very carefully, and they are always on time when calling. And very knowledgeable about the product. The never try and up your dose, always take your health into consideration.

They are very supportive and encouraging even when you lose confidence in yourself. Very prompt service in ordering the medicine which usually arrives in two days. Prompt delivery then.

Regular consults unlike online prescribers. You can discuss progress and concerns. Helpful and always asks questions, taking your answers into consideration. I have never been pressured to moving up doses.
When there was an issue accessing MJ due to shortages, they were able to help me so I wasnt behind with my treatment plan.
