Average is average!

The service was okay overall, but nothing particularly impressive. The website was reasonably easy to use and the consultation process was straightforward enough, although it did feel a little impersonal and automated at times.

Delivery took slightly longer than I expected, and communication could definitely be improved with clearer updates during the process. The medication arrived as ordered, so no major complaints there, but the overall experience didn’t really stand out compared to other online prescription services I’ve used.

Not terrible, not amazing — just average in my experience.

Bitterly disappointed

Bitterly disappointed, I ordered my Mounjaro 5mg pen on 2/5/26 the order kept showing pending so chased it up a couple of times as I was departing on my holiday Friday the 8th ( today ) I was told yesterday that it would be dispatched yesterday the 7th and I would have it by 1pm today , this morning there was no message from Royal Mail confirming delivery and the order was still showing pending in my PD app ? I rang customer services and they confirmed it hadn’t been sent as they had agreed !! I am now faced with 2 weeks of temptation on an all inclusive holiday !! Thanks a million PD ! To be fair to them this is the first time I have been let down 😩

They sold me a faulty Mounjaro Pen on 20/03/26.Lost two doses and they refused to give me a replacement or refund. I paid almost £280

Previously okish, now refund fight

Previously okish. Their website is awful on a phone. Very tricky. Ended up ordering twice by accident. Cancelled both orders....which should of triggered a refund when the cancelled order quickly. But no refund. Now I'm spending my second hour on trying to get them to respond to multiple messages. Also doing chargeback with Cc as they haven't engaged. Disgraceful.

We can confirm that both orders were cancelled at your request and the refunds were issued immediately from our side once the cancellations were processed. After that point, the time it takes for funds to appear back in your account is dependent on your bank or payment provider, and can sometimes take several business days. Unfortunately, this processing time is outside of our control.

If you still haven’t received the refunds, we’re happy to provide transaction references so you can follow up with your bank or help check the status further with you.

Extremely frustrating experience.

Extremely frustrating experience.

I’ve spent over a month answering the same repeated questions with no resolution. Despite being in the middle of an ongoing treatment, I’ve been unable to continue my medication due to constant delays and lack of clear decision-making.

What’s most concerning is that even with GP support and structured programmes like Oviva, the process remains inefficient and disconnected from patient needs.

As a result, I’ve now been without my medication for weeks — not because of clinical reasons, but purely due to administrative inefficiency.

For anyone considering this service: be aware that continuity of treatment is not guaranteed. There are alternative providers in the market who are more responsive, more cost-effective, and better aligned with patient care.

I would strongly recommend exploring other options.

Awful service

Awful service, and communication is poor despite being told will have an email within 2 hours followed by a phone call. Now 48 hours and nothing. Will never use again.
