We had a fantastic experience buying our house through Presidential. We’d had lots of bad luck previously with other properties and estate agents, but our experience changed when we met Matthew. He was genuinely supportive and sympathetic to our situation - I even nicknamed him ‘Phil Spencer’! We now have a lovely home and couldn’t have done it without him helping us all the way. I would definitely recommend!

Matthew was super helpful, friendly, professional and understanding through the whole (admittedly stressful) process of our house move. He really knows the local area and market, and unlike a lot of estate agents, doesn't have an agenda, which we found really refreshing. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

Matt from presidential estates provided a top class service, a genuine valuation not overpriced,he arranged an open day and we had around 10 viewings from which we two offers , we accepted one of them and all went through just before Christmas as we needed to be out by then, overall a great friendly service,can’t fault them on anything. We would highly recommend them and would be happy to deal with them again.

I can honestly say MY experience was completely the opposite.
I had an excellent experience with Aran from Presidential Estates from start to finish he was diligent, professional, hardworking with a brilliant work ethic, I cannot recommend him or the company highly enough!

I cannot recommend Presidential Estates highly enough! They’ve been absolutely fantastic, helping me sell my house not once, but twice. The first time, I had been working with another agency that was completely useless. Then I found Matthew at Presidential Estates, and everything changed. He immediately knew how to market my property and already had buyers in mind.

Unfortunately, I lost my dream home and had to pull out of the sale. Fast forward 24 months later, ready to try again,Matthew and the team were there for me again, finding me a new buyer within a week! Throughout all the ups and downs, they’ve been incredibly supportive, staying in touch and adapting to my changing preferences.

An excellent experience from start to finish. Communication has been excellent all the way through. Shout out to Aran for a 5* service. It has been my great pleasure to have worked this last year with Aaron Patel and Presidential estates and he has done a supreme stellar job in selling my mothers house. Aaron has been beyond patient last year dealing with my very unwell mother and when the idea of her moving to a pupose built retirement apartment didn’t work out as she had to go into care he helped me through the process of getting my mothers house in Loughton sold.It was a difficult undertaking as the house was in need of a buyer who would take it on as a refurbishment and “fixer upper”. Aaron worked relentlessly to get the place sold .I live in the United States and am frequently at sea entertaining so it also was very difficult sometimes for Aaron to contact me ( I am the entertainer Perry Grant ..do a google search !) He was continually patient and he found us the right buyer.He has become a dear friend and I have no hesitation in recommending him and his business to one and all. Huge thankyou to the entire team.

Fantastic job done by Stuart and Matt at the presidential team in letting my flat in Loughton so promptly - efficiently and sourcing me the right Tennant I was looking for. Im sure they will do a good job in selling my house next year....

Aran Patel from Presidential Estates, is very nice a professional. He got me a tenant within 2 weeks of listing the property all paper work was signed off efficiently, very honest person and kept in touch throughout the whole process, I appreciate his ongoing support and couldn’t recommend him enough

Aran was excellent! I had my property up with another agent and did not have a viewing for 6 weeks, by luck I met Aran and was immediately impressed with his honesty and hunger. In the first week he organised 4 viewings and sold the property!

Still quite early in the process of the sale, but so far so good with Alex David and his team. They've done everything they said they would to date and you always get a response to a message or a call back if he's not around. Friendly, professional and they seem to know the local market very well too which is very useful.
