Matthew is amazing!
We have such a hard time moving, being self-employed and with me being a mature student at the moment! The referencing is always a nightmare and this time was just so much worse!! Matthew made it happen - he was so patient and did everything he could to fight our corner, put us in touch with the right people and looked after us, making sure we were happy all the way. Cannot thank Alex David enough for all his help. He has honestly changed my mind about estate agents! Not only is he brilliant at his job, he is also a fantastic person. He was well balanced in his attention to both us as the buyers and to the vendors and was truly working to achieve good outcomes for us both. He kept me up to date with regular calls and gave me reassurances. Whenever either party's solicitor was slow to response, Alex would chase them up and provide an update.
