Prestige Car Imports Reviews

Dyson and Tyla are honest, ethical and very knowledgeable people. Dyson was very patient and helpful in finding the vehicle I want (Mitsubishi Decila 2000 Space Gear Chamonix PE8W). It took us nearly a year to find the vehicle with the exact specification I require. I was very picky and determined on getting what I want and Dyson never rushed me nor did he push me in bidding on a vehicle that I have hesitation in acquiring. Dyson was full of encouragement telling me it’s not a problem and the right vehicle will come sooner than later. Deciding to go through Prestige to acquire your next classic vehicle is a very wise decision. Buying a vehicle that you have never seen with your own eyes will give you cause to pause but with Dyson’s knowledge and network in japan, you have full confident that you will get full and comprehensive report on the vehicle. Dyson will advise you if the vehicle is worth buying. Lastly Dyson and Tyla will take the time to explain and answer all your questions. They are excellent communicator. I would deal with them when I find my next Car (Mitsubishi Lancer LB). Til next time, thank you so much Dyson it has been a pleasure sir.

Great service! Dyson went out of his way to quickly organise a dealership inspection. I found Dyson very knowledgeable, honest and to the point which I greatly appreciated.

Dyson and Tayla of Prestige Imports were great! They were very helpful and gave a good experience, thank you!

Amazing experience. I highly recommend Prestige Car Imports. I imported a Porsche 911 from UK. Right from searching the right car, all the way up till compliance and registration, I got great help from Dyson and Tayla (Prestige Car Imports). I am really amazed at the amount of connections they have in every country. Dealers, Services, Pre-Purchase-Inspections, Transport, Shipping all taken care without me worrying about anything. Thanks Dyson and Tayla for your help. I am absolutely enjoying my drive.

Want to give a massive shout-out to Dyson and Tayla on helping me import my SWB GU. Had a few dramas with the vehicle itself, but it wasn't anything that they both couldn't sort out. Kept me up to date with every stage of the process, and any questions I had was not a drama. You both took the stress out of importing a vehicle, I was very surprised with the contacts you have and making it happen so easily.
Honestly, guys, thank you both very much, one happy customer.

Best thing I have ever done. Dyson made the whole experience so easy and couldn’t thank him enough. Would recommend.

Hands down the best communication for importing a car you can get. The auction system also makes picking the right car simpler then trawling Facebook marketplace. Will definitely be using Dyson and Prestige Car Imports again in the future.

Dyson has been a pleasure to deal with from start to finish during the whole process. The level of honesty with the way he conducts his bussiness transactions and communication has been great. The whole importing process is a breeze with him.He has a tonne of experience and you can see that with the way it all comes together. The price estimations quoted were all on the money.Love my car and cant wait till the second one arrives.
So ,if your thinking of importing a car Dyson is the one to see.
Thanks agian .

Just want to extend a massive thank you to Dyson for finding and delivering out my unicorn 1999 Toyota JZX100 Mark II. Three other import agents told me they don’t bother looking for these cars anymore because they’re hard to find in good condition as I was aware of. I called Dyson and the man delivered. Took delivery not too long ago. If you’re looking for someone that knows their craft, has all the right contacts and stays with you every step of the way then drops your car to your doorstep with everything handled this is your guy!!

Owe Dyson big time! Thanks so much brother, forever grateful! Wish I could add another three stars to the rating!

I recently imported a JZX100 Chaser from Japan through Dyson. I was searching for a high spec, low km car which many other importers told me was next to impossible with the standard of car I was looking for. However, from my very first phone call with Dyson, he told me that even though it may take a while, he would eventually find what I was looking for - and so he did. The process from start to finish was effortless and the communication from Dyson was top notch throughout. For anyone that is looking to import a car, I simply couldn’t recommend Dyson and Prestige Imports enough.

Helpful, knowledgeable, competitive prices. Friendly staff who take time to answer questions.

I recently imported a Toyota Crown from Japan through Dyson at Prestige Car Imports. The process was smooth, and Dyson's expertise was evident throughout. My Crown arrived in amazing condition - it's honestly the best car I've driven, a significant upgrade from my previous Nissan Skyline.

Dyson was professional, kept me well-informed, and handled all aspects of the import efficiently. For anyone considering importing a car, I highly recommend Dyson's services at Prestige Car… See more

I had an exceptional experience with Dyson. The entire process was speedy, streamlined, and professional from start to finish. Dyson and his team handled everything with great care and attention to detail, making the import process hassle-free. Highly recommend their services to anyone looking to import a vehicle

Overall a positive experience. Slightly different to the long standing importers as you are much more involved in the process. This starts the night prior to the auctions on which cars you’d like looked at / auction sheet translated.
I’m sure you can opt for this to be done by the team, only giving the nod when cars have been inspected.
The one and only downfall is if you are importing option specific cars, this may be missed due to no fluency in Kanji/Katakana

The compliance work was a little disappointing but this is outside of their control

Dyson was soo helpful with my first time purchasing an import. Always super friendly, and explained everything to me in clear detail.

Very appreciative of the high standard of service. My new Crown is perfection which was obtained at an extremely reasonable price. Can’t fault :)

Dyson helped me to import my car. He is very professional and helpful so I got what I wanted. I will ask him again if I decided to import car again and %100 recommended to ask him if you want to do so.

Dyson has been the very accomodating, understanding, transparent and straightforward throughout my whole experience with Prestige Car Imports.

From my initial call for a viewing till the end process of having the car on the road, Dyson was on top of everything and always making sure that everything was smooth sailing.

it was my first time purchasing a car of this calibre and I had a lot of worries and lack of knowledge with the processes but Dyson was an absolute champion all throughout, making sure I’m well informed about everything.

Another big thing I appreciate a lot is that.. Dyson is a very very busy man but he’ll always find time to answer any of my queries/questions.. sometimes even on ungodly times.(sorry and thank you Dyson haha)

It is also very hard to miss it… You can definitely see his burning passion for cars and his drive to share that to everyone else.

I would definitely recommend Dyson to anyone looking to get their hands on their dream import car.

Very trustworthy and easy to work with, either purchasing his vehicles or importing cars. Handles everything for you from documents, compliance to rwc. Highly suggested if purchasing imported or sexy cars

Had a very bad experience with Dyson, the owner, and the car he imported for me. I was assured of many things that turned out to be completely incorrect about the car. He has told me that if he helped out with half of the issues he faces, he would be bankrupt. So be careful. He is completely denying any assistance with numerous issues faced with a car he helped import. I only asked that we review and agree a fair amount of compensation matters re small amounts of money relative to his $10K fee. He is being zero help, and has washed his hands of it. Lost all trust in this person and company.

Being someone who's sceptical of nearly any service provided on the internet, I was completely unconvinced by the idea of having a car imported from overseas. However, talking with Dyson from Prestige Car Imports online and meeting up with him directly cleared all doubts in my mind. He clearly and coherently explained everything down to the base level for me, even when I asked the most whack questions at times. I picked up my Toyota Crown today from compliance, and have been loving it. I really appreciate Dyson's service and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to import a car. All in all, it's been a fun process and I'd love to import more cars through Dyson again in the future.
