Great service
When i ordered my titles (ordered 4) all were to start with, good value for money. Items arrived quick and safe packed and certificates were lovely.
Later on when wanted a digital copy and had difficulty to retrieve order number, customer service was quick to answer my mail and solve my problem.

Expectations well and truly exceeded
Prestige Titles more than met my expectations, in fact they exceeded them. The items I ordered arrived quickly, well packed and protected.
The presentation of these titles are 5* and are beautifully crafted. The look and feel of the documents are of a very high standard. I cannot wait to give these gifts to the respective recipients - they will be blown away with them.
In addition the customer communication and service was excellent. I had a small query regarding delivery and my enquiry was responded to quickly, in a professional, friendly manner. Your order was submitted without a name for the title pack, so we attempted to contact you to ask for this. We replied to every one of your support tickets, but it appears our responses haven't been reaching you. We're not sure if they've been caught by a spam filter or there's been another issue with delivery, but we want to assure you we have been trying to reach you throughout.
Since we haven't been able to get through to you, we've now processed a full refund so you're not left out of pocket. There's no need to go through your bank as the refund has already been issued.
We're genuinely sorry we couldn't get this resolved sooner. We would be grateful if you'd consider updating your review if you agree we have done all we can from our side.

Best experience ever, being a Lord.
Having purchased a Ladyship title for my wife - a birthday present. She so enjoyed her title wlth friends and introducing herself as Lady Susan to strangers, she had a great time, sadly now passed away, in memory I went to Prestige Titles and am now Lord Alan, I too am enjoying my title. I have to say Prstige Titles are a great company, the cetificates are supurb and the associated paperwork showing who, and how to change you Driving licence, Dr. Surgeries etc. Please give it a go, you will not regret it.
