A good all round experience
The bidding system is easy to navigate and place bids. Easy search facilities. Regular notifications sent to keep you up to date on your bids. Easy checkout procedure and very quick delivery. I've not yet had any bottles for sale through PWA, but their process seems fluid. I'd thoroughly recommend PWA.

Because of the knowledge it’s got of the whisky industry and also the prompt service you get from them. There also very hospitable and friendly in the way they go about their business I think they’re worth at least 6 stars if that was possible to squeeze another one in.

Good experience as both a buyer & seller. Good collection process (and lower minimum value required for free collection than other auctions). Decent audience - most of my bottles sold for more than I was expecting (based on recent hammer prices). Lower seller commission than other sites (but always worth checking).
As a buyer, things were equally smooth. Prompt, well-packaged delivery.
Perhaps not as wide a range of bottles as some other sites, but they still get some top-quality bottlings and I make sure to check-in every month.
