They was excellent taking the money. Communication delivering could of been better. The vehicle wasn’t as agreed and won’t respond to messages.

I went to Prestigio cars at their outlet, I bought a
vehicle from this company who said that they pride themselves on customer satisfaction, I was very
unhappy with the vehicle I bought the bodywork
was in a poor state the interior was badly stained
the rear tyres was in poor condition and the brake disc and pads was in very poor condition, I spoke to
Ziggy at Prestigio I got £50 towards the tyres they did not want to know about the disc and pads, they were
supposed to clean the vehicle inside and out which wasn't done.
I had a bad experience with this company and will not
have anything more to do with them, I most certainly
will not recommend this company to anyone.

The warranty they give means nothing my…
The warranty they give means nothing my van with 1 years warranty had the ad blue pump deactivated which I did not know when buying it so after ad blue problems it cost me £140 to turn on and have been told could cost £1400 for a complete ad blue system if still broken.
I have called 20+ times no answer
Messaged there instant chat on WhatsApp and been told someone will get hold of me which they haven’t and emailed which I had an automated reply and nobody got back to me.
My partner got through on calls finally they was rude to her told her if I have warranty i would have an email to make a claim which I have never received any email but I only brought the van because it came with warranty! Scammers will not be buying from here again so not recommend
