The prompt, polite correspondence! This was my first self publishing experience and I had question and edits to make. Also the quality of the books was just what I had hoped for in putting my Uncle’s story in a book. Thank you.

I ordered my life story through this company. I was really excited to see the finished product. However when I got my order delivered, I found it was not my books but 2 photo books of Chicago.
Presto Photos reckon I ordered them from the shop. I am positive I didn't look at the shop. I didn't know there was a shop online. I would not recommend them as a printing service. They were very helpful while I was trying to get my story PDF ready but in the end they were not.
Since I posted this review the company has reneged and refunded me in full.
16th May '26: Following on from all this happening, I have heard from PrestoPhotos. While their offer to start from a clean slate is good, I am also looking at other options so that the price is competitive. Thank you PrestoPhotos for your resopnse and TrustPilot for being even-handed and looking after consumers as well as businesses.

Unreal experience. Absolutely thrilled with the outcome. I've struggled for several months to find a site that was capable of converting my large (200 page) pdf tough margins to a hardcover book. Not only did the site do that with ease, the online simple editor produced a brilliant product. I could not believe this was all done and delivered to my front door in less than a week. 10 out of 10.

Poor quality. One book came fine, but the other wasn’t cut right and every single page had writing on the bottom from their printer. They would only give a refund if I sent it back. The problem was it a heart felt gift from students for a teacher going on maternity leave. I didn’t want her to not have it so I just gave her the janky copy. I told this to Presto Photo but they didn’t care. Poor quality control. Someone should have seen that before they sent it off to me, and even if they didn’t they still should have given me a discount or a refund.

I would give 5 stars but the program to make cards is a bit quirky. I don't feel it is 100% user friendly. I was able to figure out how to upload images and place them but placing text on the backside of the card fights with me a little. I have Windows 10 so that shouldn't be a problem. Now if one of my sisters tried to make a card, I know they would get frustrated. But then again they get frustrated with Shutterfly. Shutterfly is very easy to use in my opinion and if your program improved to resemble Shutterfly, I would give 5 stars. However, I don't want to see the price increase due to improvements to the program. Thank you though. The cards always turn out beautifully.

I have ordered multiple photo books (for book signings) from Presto photo and have always had great service amd REASONABLE pricing. Quality is excellent, shipping is fast, exceptional customerservice. I even received a book that had some damage to it and they replaced it! I recommend this company to everyone who asks where I got my book!

It was a relief to locate a photo book publisher that can handle Apple-made products. I lost a treasured book and longed for another copy, but I didn't know where to turn. Of course I "Googled" the problem, and one of the key recommendations was for PrestoPhoto because they were set up to print Apple books. I was skeptical and inquired of Presto Photo if they could print a PDF of my lost book. I went to the site and uploaded my PDF. It was so easy – just drag and drop. Soon my book order was submitted, and it feels great to know I'll have my lost book again.

The turnaround time was quick and exactly what I needed! The website for making my photo book was easy to navigate and intuitive. When I receive the book it was and the recipient of this gift thought that it was beautiful and thoughtful.

I have been wanting to publish hardcover copies of my genealogical family histories. I came across PrestoPhoto just by searching online and thought I'd try it out. I was thrilled with the quality of the first book I ordered -- the photos were clear, the pages were sturdy, the text was exactly as I had written it. The family loved it so much I ordered an additional 10 copies. I've just finished my 2nd genealogical history and have submitted it for publication. Can't wait to see the final result! I highly recommend this company!

I have used Presto since 2009 and evaluated similar services and always ended up i Presto even if the shipping is far too expensive.

I always use Presto Photo to make my digital scrapbooks. I create my own pages in Adobe Elements, then upload them to make beautiful books of our vacations. The project saves while I am working so I can take my time. Highly recommended!

They did a rush order for me and did an amazing job!

PrestoPhoto does exactly what I need. I create a yearly family album in Word, convert it to a pdf, and then upload it to PrestoPhoto. Then I decide on the front and back cover, preview it in the format I want, and then order it. Bingo! Piece of cake. I have used these guys for several small projects and they consistently do exactly what I want. Only one minor issue: sometimes (at least in hard bound books) the images come out a little darker than I expect. They are still okay to view. And to be honest, I guess it could be my fault while editing on my computer. Now, I increase the brightness a bit. Bottom line, this is the only company that I have found that does exactly what I want, and follows the process I prefer.
