Je me suis inscrit aujourd’hui pour tester leur offre gratuite d’un mois. Résultat : en 15 minutes à peine, j’ai compris que leur solution ne correspondait absolument pas à mes besoins.
Je décide donc simplement de supprimer mon compte… et là, surprise : aucun bouton, aucune option claire dans les paramètres. Rien. Il faut obligatoirement passer par un email. Sérieusement ?
J’envoie donc un mail, en précisant clairement que je ne souhaite pas être démarché ou convaincu de rester. Et pourtant… en une seule après-midi, j’ai dû répondre à 3 mails (qui ressemblent fortement à des réponses automatiques) pour répéter encore et encore la même chose : je veux SUPPRIMER mon compte.
Et le pire ? Mon compte est toujours actif à l’heure actuelle.
Processus volontairement compliqué ? Mauvaise gestion ? Dans tous les cas, expérience utilisateur catastrophique.
J'ai fini par faire un ticket (salé) directement depuis leur site internet et la surprise, le temps d'écrire cet avis, j'ai reçu un mail d'une vraie personne s'excusant et me promettant que mon compte sera supprimé rapidement et que je ne recevrais plus de communication de leur part.
Bref à fuir !

PriceLabs excelle en tarification dynamique et données marché, boostant les revenus efficacement.
Points forts :

Améliorations :

This is scam
This is scam! Don't trust this platform! I had an onboarding call and set up all my listings on this platform. Hours of work! Just to learn that it will disregard the maximum that i put in the price range and will put a crazy high price for all my listings. We stopped receiving bookings! ZERO new booking and the next two weeks of the calendar are empty. Wasn't it suppose to be smart and decrease prices because of zero occupancy in the next two weeks? When i descreased prices manually, it took 30 minutes to sync even though i pressed sync now. When i cchecked, the prices didnt change at all! Even though it says the prices were updated 2 minutes ago.
Also, i put mark ups for booking com and airbnb and they are not reflected at all! The support is completely useless! Dont waste your money and time with them. These people are scammers. They deliver zero promises. Its all marketing. You will loose money because of them. Shame on Price Labs!

One Property – $60 Charge
I operate a single property listed across various platforms using one PMS. Despite only having some listings synced for approximately four days, I was charged the full $60 by PriceLabs.
The billing structure appears to be fully automated, with no apparent pro-rata adjustment for short-term or partial-month usage. Even if a listing is synced for only a few days, the full monthly fee is applied. This lack of flexibility is concerning, particularly for small-scale operators.
Based on my experience, this pricing model does not seem designed to support small businesses or single-unit hosts. At $60 per month for one property, the cost significantly impacts profitability — to the point where one questions whether it is financially viable. It begins to feel as though one is hosting primarily to cover software fees rather than generate income.
I will be reviewing alternative competitors that offer more transparent, proportionate, and small-business-friendly pricing structures. In its current form, this service does not align with the needs of smaller operators.

Appalling customer serice
Terrible customer serice. They say they give phone support, one can book a 15 minute call. Ive raised 2 tickets and not heard from them in over a week, this happened on two separate occasions. While the software is excellent I am looking for another company that offers even decent customer service so that I can actually use the software correctly.

I do not trust this company and would not recommend it to other hosts.
tested PriceLabs expecting better results than Airbnb Smart Pricing, but saw little to no improvement. Unfortunately, the real problem was billing.
I canceled my subscription well in advance of the next billing date, yet PriceLabs still charged me. I reached out to support with proof that my account was canceled, and they refused to refund the charge.
Between the lack of performance improvement and the billing experience, I do not trust this company and would not recommend it to other hosts.

Excellent, but not perfect
We signed up for a 30-day free trial of PriceLabs and found it helpful enough that we've been using it for about 8 months. It takes the guesswork out of setting prices on our Airbnb listing. I like that it recommends a "market" base price based on your STR's parameters, then adjusts the base price based on how it performs relative to the market. Our base price has steadily increased (now up about 40% from where we started) while maintaining a 94% occupancy. There have been a couple of hiccups (one week PL recommended we reduce our base price downwards by about 30% for no apparent reason - advice we thankfully ignored, only to receive a recommendation the next week that we increase it by 8%) but overall we're pleased and it's been worth the monthly cost.

I’ve had a really disappointing…
I’ve had a really disappointing experience. Canceling my trial has been a nightmare; after multiple chats and even a screen share, my calendar is still stuck with settings I can’t change. On top of that, when we tried to integrate via API, we waited days with no response, no timeframe, and no real support despite raising tickets. There’s no phone contact, the website feels outdated, there’s no proper app, and for the high cost, the service just doesn’t deliver value. After months of trying, I can honestly say it’s been more stress than benefit.

One booking only so far…
So far we have only had one booking as a result of the pricing by price labs. Not worried about it at this stage because we have been fully booked and villa not available to take advantage of the new pricing. Service has been outstanding.

Great features and support
We've been using Pricelabs over 3 years (with Ownerrez, Lodgify and Cloudbeds). It has endless features. May be overwhelming for the beginner but once you get a grab, the customizations are nearly endless. Especially if you're feeding prices to multiple PMS or OTAs, it is even greater. It is so easy to automate orphan day discounts, occupancy based rate adjustments, changing the rates on the calendar.
Kuddos to support, you've got someone responding in less than a few hours in most cases. Documentation is great, if you read through those, you wouldn't even need suport.
