I love buying from you

I love buying from you. Eden perfume is really hard to get, but it's my favourite. Delivery dosnt take long and even when I phone the staff are always friendly.

I randomly found this perfume site PriceRiteMart online. I noticed that they sell brand name unused tester bottles & New bottles of perfumes, EDT & Gift sets for Men, Women & Unisex at a reduced price. Even cheaper than the leading Best Seller Company of Fragrances.

Item hadn’t arrived

Item hasn’t arrived. Attempted deliver message on tracking on 27 Nov but no one knocked or rang the door bell. Seller has tracked the parcel to local PO, this was not evident in AusPost tracking due to a glitch. Problem now resolved

My review is not about the product but…

My review is not about the product but the difficulty I had in getting the product delivered.
I was informed 10 days ago that the post office had the product,Then advised it would be delivered on the 5th or 6th of November . After three long telephone inquiries it arrived on the 11th November.

We can confirm that your order has been with Australia Post since 31st October. However, you are correct that the journey from the post office to your door took much longer than expected.

While we use Australia Post for delivery and rely on them to execute the final stages of shipping, we understand that recent internal operational challenges within their network caused unpredictable delays during that time (around the start of November).

We acknowledge that having to make multiple follow-up calls with Australia Post is time-consuming, and we are truly sorry that the carrier's issues caused you stress and impacted your experience with us.

Please note that we always ship orders as fast as possible, but once the package is transferred to Australia Post, their operations are unfortunately outside of our direct control.

Exceptional Value and Variety, Though Shipping Takes Time

I was thoroughly impressed with the unbeatable prices and extensive selection of fragrances, many of which are out of stock elsewhere. The discounts made it an incredible deal! The shipping to Melbourne took 5 days, which felt a bit slow, but the exceptional packaging ensured my products arrived in pristine, mint condition. Overall, a fantastic shopping experience for fragrance lovers looking for quality and value.

There was an item unavailable and…

There was an item unavailable and shipping was delayed from them for 5-6 business days and I wasn't even informed. Shipping Policy reads that they do deliver usually in 2-3 business days. First, I should be informed at least that order was delayed. I've to email the team and then I got reply that order was delayed

Very happy with ongoing fragrance purchases

I have ordered numerous fragrances from this merchant over the past year because they were competitively priced. Everytime my order has been dispatched within 24hrs and delivered to me in Western Australia within a week. Fragrances are always well packaged. Based on my positive experiences with buying so many fragrances from PriceRiteMart i will continue to purchase my fragrances here and recommend this merchant for anyone else looking at buying fragrances at a great price.
