I’m not sure I've ever purchased something from a company that either has 1*rating or a 5*rating. I pondered if I should chance it. Worst mistake EVER. I ordered an airwrap for my daughter’s 18th birthday. A real treat for her at £350+. After quite a few weeks it arrived, so I breathed a sigh of relief. Until I opened it ~ to find they had dispatched the wrong item. I contacted them straight away. They agreed it was their error & they would send a replacement & a prepaid label to return. That’s the last I heard from customer service. After 25+ emails, I have to admit I’ve got nowhere. Ended up having to purchase another airwrap for birthday gift. IF YOU LIVE IN THE UK, YOU ARE POTENTIALLY THROWING AWAY GOOD MONEY. The most costly mistake I’ve ever made. Ending up with a product that I hadn’t ordered. So beware.
Worst platform for buying
Don't by anything over hear. I have to wait more than a month for delivery. Received incomplete order. Customer support is a joke. They are playing on time. After nearly 4 months still didn't resolved issue with missing part. STAY AWAY!!!!!! DON'T BUY HERE!!!!!

The very worst platform to purchase any Dyson product from. When you return a defective item, they don’t refund your money, they don’t reply to messages, and the order I placed has been deleted from my profile. When I write to them, they claim it’s the first time I’ve contacted them. Even after resending all the proof, they just say “we’ll take a look” and then never respond. I think maybe we should all go to the police together about fraud, because I see I’m not the only one who has been scammed here.

I placed an order on July 9, 2025. Delivery was delayed for almost a month, and after many unanswered messages I finally received a parcel on August 6- but it was the wrong product, shipped in a damaged, taped-up box. The device itself was of very poor quality, noisy, and smelled burnt.
The company admitted their mistake and even offered that I keep the wrong Dyson while they would send the correct one. I refused, asking for a proper return and refund. Since then, for weeks I have been trying to get a return label and my money back, but nothing has been resolved. It has now been over 6 weeks since my order, and I still have no refund.
This company shows unacceptable delays, poor communication, and misleading practices. Be very careful before ordering - I strongly advise against it.
Update (August 29, 2025):
Since Primal never provided the promised prepaid return label, I had no choice but to send the parcel back at my own expense. However, the courier’s delivery attempts failed twice, because Primal did not answer the driver’s calls. They also continue to ignore my emails and have still not issued my refund.
To make things even worse, the company asked me to remove my honest review, claiming it “won’t help” me get my refund. Instead of solving the problem, they try to silence customers.
This is beyond unprofessional and shows a clear pattern of dishonest behavior.
Not recommended
I ordered a Dyson Airwrap but received the wrong item. Customer service initially responded quickly and promised a free replacement within 1–2 weeks, but it’s been over a month and nothing has shipped.
Now they’ve stopped replying altogether. Shipping is slow, they send the wrong products, and resolving issues takes forever. Definitely would not recommend buying from this site.

Ich habe den Dyson Airwrap Complete Long HS05 bestellt, erhielt jedoch stattdessen ein gefälschtes und gebrauchtes Gerät — ohne Seriennummer, Lieferschein oder offiziellen Beleg.
Alle offiziellen Anfragen nach den erforderlichen Dokumenten und Bestätigungen wurden ignoriert. Das Unternehmen antwortet nur vage und unverbindlich, eine versprochene offizielle Antwort der Geschäftsführung wurde nie gegeben. Gleichzeitig verlangt das Unternehmen weiterhin die Rücksendung, obwohl keine erforderlichen Unterlagen vorliegen.
Die Weigerung, die Seriennummer und den Lieferschein bereitzustellen, ist ein direkter Beweis für die illegale Herkunft des Produkts.
Dieses Unternehmen verstösst eindeutig gegen Verbraucherrechte und EU-Recht. Ich rate dringend von Geschäften mit diesem Unternehmen ab!

I ordered a Dyson Airwrap from PrimalGlobe and what I received was clearly a counterfeit. The quality was awful, the filter part was falling apart, and Dyson confirmed to me that it was not genuine.
When I contacted the company to request a refund, they told me I had to remove all my reviews before they would process it. This is blatant blackmail and completely unacceptable.
When I refused to delete my honest review, they suddenly changed their attitude, accused me of “lying” about my experience, and then blocked me on Instagram after I warned other customers there.
This is a dishonest business that sells fake products, manipulates customers, and tries to hide the truth by silencing people. If you value your money and your time – stay far away from PrimalGlobe.

Fake items, not original Dyson
I didn't trust this website and I was right. I ordered a hair curling kit. First of all, the delivery was delayed for more than a month, the item turned out to be a fake, and thirdly, I haven't still received my money for the returned order for three weeks. Avoid this store and choose from official suppliers, otherwise you will be disappointed.

Fake Product, No Return, No Refund from the Merchant
Do not purchase here!
I’ve bought the device (order 24247) on 12 July. Delivered today (07 August).
Upon delivery, I’ve registered the device on Dyson website. It appeared to be a completely different device from what Dyson shows. The color and composition is different.
The quality is just horrible - the filter part is simply falling apart. This is 100% not an original device and it is clear just once you look at it. Dyson also confirmed it.
I can’t complaint about communication - the team staid in touch.
Currently, I am looking forward to the return label to be provided by Primal and the full refund. Will update once both are completed.
UPD (12 Aug): I was promised the return label by 8 August. Still haven’t received it.
UPD (14 Aug): Delivery instructions received. Will be shipped at own cost.
UPD (3 September): PRIMAL provided the return label. I did obtain two expert opinions (one of them from the authorised Dyson representative) confirming that the product is fake.
UPD (23 September): PRIMAL has not been responding since 5 September at all. I`ve sent 3 emails.
UPD (31 October): PRIMAL completely disappeared, got refund via chargeback from my bank.

Wrong product - no follow up
1) I ordered a Dyson model but received the wrong one.
As compensation, it had been proposed to receive the originally ordered model, which had still not been delivered after more than three months.
2) UPDATE: Primal Globe says in comment that i've received the correct product, but it is not the case !
