They tucked me out of my money saying reached the max of a bouns

I have been emailing customer service for months asking for self exclude, they never answer and through chat they say they cant help. Any casino that doesn't have a way to self exclude are crooks!

Horrible place. Will not let you cash out. I won over a thousand they said I had to play thru 2500 or 2700. I did that. Then tried to cash out around $150. Nope they said minimum was $200. Played got up over $200. Nope now a $50 bank fee. Gambled in a poker room got up to $265. Cashed out said it was good. Now got an email it was refused because I bet over $5 in the poker room. And after I logged back in none of the money was in my account. They refused the withdrawal so where was the money? I also found suspicious was the email that was sent when my withdrawal request was made came from prima play however the email that came when they denied said request came from a totally different company and never mentioned prima play in it. The company's name was Sunny Spins. So I would be leery of that site also.

Avoid this casino, if you win and want to withdraw. They dont sent the money, the withdraw keeps getting cancelled. When i ask why they keep coming up with excuses. I try 5 times to withdraw, always getting cancelled i am fully verified

This casino will not pay out winnings. Said I broke a rule after completing my 35x play trough. I requested a withdrawal of part of the funds and it immediately took off my account. After getting confirmation of withdrawal request. I played a card game and lost the balance. A day later I get an email saying the withdrawal was denied due to the card game. They stole over $1000 of my winnings and credited back $30 with no restrictions thinking I’m ok with that. They are crooks, scammers and criminals. Don’t use or trust this site THEY SUCK!!!!!!!!

I claimed their PRIMA50 No Deposit Bonus, which clearly stated:

50x wagering

$5 max bet

$100 maximum withdrawal

I followed every rule. After completing wagering, my balance ($1,300+) was automatically reduced to $100, exactly as the promo terms said. Then, the casino suddenly removed another $50 and told me I could only withdraw $50, citing hidden “general terms” that directly contradicted the promo.

When I questioned this and said I would file complaints, PrimaPlay suspended my account and voided all winnings, including the $50 they first claimed I could withdraw.

I filed a complaint with Casino Guru, who investigated and confirmed I was right: the $100 limit in the bonus terms should apply. PrimaPlay refused to cooperate and the case was marked Unresolved – Against Fair Gambling Codex.

I would give 0 if I could. They scammed me out of my winnings by saying I played the 777 game and my bet I placed was $2 and I never changed that amount. You could hold a card which raised your bet and I didn't realize that. None the less I won $1,200 and instead of them subtracting the 300 or so from the 777 game they denied my whole withdrawal then gave my deposit back and wouldn't add a bonus to it , said it was a refund ,not entitled to a bonus...

Bad online casino. ... The casino gave me a bonus but didn't let me cash out my winnings from the bonus ..... It's the 3rd time I'd received a bonus but not able to cash out the winnings even though I'd met all the wagering and playthrough requirements.....

I did not have to wait very long for verification, there was a secondary site that I used that had me take a video of myself and I was immediately verified. Dont waste your money. You cannot win at this casino. If you do win they just take it off you. I received an email from primaplay stating they're running a promo for a $30 no deposit chip. For new & existing players, so I clicked on it & claimed it. Well I made it through the $1200 playthrough & had the max cash out left of $100! So I went ahead & requested a BTC withdraw! Awhile later I received an email stating the withdrawal was declined & revoked read next email for details! Hours later, I received it & started reading, they came up with & accused me of multiple accounts! I replied that this was my only account I have made & signed up with. They stated again that they revoked the winnings for good & I can never receive or play any promotions ever again but can still keep my account! Not accounts,account! 🤔🤨 I said back to them, so you just verify someone multiple times for multiple accounts & wait for them to waste their time & yours before action or stating anything about it? Right there I caught them in a lie because they were too cheap & on bs to let me cash out the $100 I put hours in to get! What a joke!
