Absolutely terrible customer service. I purchased my protv box in 2023. I had issues from the start only to be fobbed off and ignored. Had to figure it all out myself. The remote never worked properly from the start. Now the box is useless as I have just discovered. Contacted them and the language that was used with me is atrocious. DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR PRODUCTS
This is the best iptv service i have used since 2019
Stations buffering every night its almost impossible to watch a full program on this service. I tried to get a refund multiple times before the 14 days were past without any luck and on the 15th day they responded that the 14 days had past even though I requested a refund before stand clear of this place its a total ripoff
I can’t say anything bad about this company. The man who runs it was very kind and even tho there was issues with the payment gateway he found another way for me to pay him for the service I wanted. He is extremely busy and still answered me quickly. The streaming is top notch with no buffering. All you need is an IPTV player that you can get on the AppStore even on Roku but I highly recommend buying one outright. The Air IPTV player I found works best for me. The others keep losing the favorited channels.
