I ordered a Sentry Link 2 way radio and when it arrived I not only found out that a company that has a US based address, sent the radios from China. They are a Chinese brand not the brand advertised on the site! Fraud and bait and switch for sure and I will report them to the BBB with hopes to make sure no one else is scammed by them! I looked up the company and the address was in the US. But it is all a scam! Don't want to send them back, I'll have no radio and no money back after reading the previous reviews. Live and learned the hard way!!1

I ordered an electric chainsaw that came without a battery. No local outlet recognised the battery type. I asked Primary Deals to supply a battery or tell me the technical details to allow me to purchase. Having had no answer I asked for a return/refund slip and have heard nothing.

They claim they are a US based online store. That is not true. They are based somewhere China.
I had ordered a floatation vest for my dog. It was on sale at 50% off with the final price being $70. It took almost 2 weeks to arrive, only to discover I had ordered a vest size that was too small for my dog. Went to Petco and found the same vest with a sale price of $30. I contacted Primary deals and asked for a refund and a shipping label. The response I received was as soon as they had a " concrete answer" they would get back to me. It has been 4 days and no response from the company. Their 90 return policy is a scam. In addition you are paying double for the same products you can purchase locally or on Amazon
