UPDATE 9/13/2026: Prime Ads Space Ltd has responded claiming, “Fake review. we do not know them.” This review is not fake. I have documentation showing my payment and communications regarding the service I purchased. I am prepared to provide Trustpilot with the payment records and communications if verification is requested. Instead of addressing the payment and service I did not receive, the company has chosen to deny knowing me. I am requesting either the service I paid for or a refund.

We've worked with Wayne on multiple projects in the past and delivered completed work each time, which is reflected in the positive review he left previously. On this most recent project, the video required choosing between two script options before we could move forward, which added a step that hadn't been part of our previous work together. We understand turnaround time matters, and we always aim to be upfront about realistic timelines and to accommodate reasonable adjustments along the way.
Unfortunately, Wayne used abusive language toward our team on multiple occasions during this project, despite our repeated requests to keep the conversation respectful. We regret that it reached this point, our team's wellbeing matters to us, and we hold every working relationship to a standard of mutual respect. His payment has already been refunded in full.
We're always open to resolving concerns directly, and we'd welcome the chance to discuss this further with Wayne privately. We're grateful for the long-term relationships we've built with our clients, and we remain committed to clear communication and professionalism on every project we take on.
