You say it's in my mailbox but it's not it was not delivered I have not gotten it

If I could give zero stars I would. I paid 250 bucks for 1000 grams of mimosa bark. Upon receiving it I noticed it was logwood I had received not mimosa hostilis. Logwood has same properties as mimosa hostilis buck lacking a key ingredient And the quality mimosa has. They say it’s just labeled logwood because there are restrictions on mimosa. It’s a lie. Furthermore logwood can be bought at 5 bucks a pound where I paid 250 for 2 pounds. That’s a huge mark up. I’ve been scammed out of 250 bucks from these people and I want to get my story out there so no one else gets scammed too!! Update after several text messages Primebark apologized and sent me another package gauranteed to be what I ordered. I had gotten a bad batch. Customer service was on par.

Product works well for my uses. Legit.

This was my 2nd and 3rd purchase with Primebark and there was some confusion during payment due to my inexperience with BTC. I did however manage to get it accomplished in two transfers. I did not know that they were experiencing a high volume of shipping difficulty with Products of Mexico and it did take my order nearly 7 weeks to arrive. Both kilos of MHRB Powder weighed perfectly. I did receive two shirts but I am mostly bummed out that I did not receive my sweatshirt even though I paid $70 or whatever for it and mentioned it a couple times in messages. With the obvious delays I was glad to receive the medicine. I really did want one of those cool ass sweatshirts though.... Friendly people there who are a bit overwhelmed right now I think.

My last order with prime was on point. Fast delivery, no issues at all, great quality. Fast forward to my next order with prime. I made the mistake of ordering through the "mexico" tab , which was my mistake, and was told it would be 3-4 weeks on average for delivery. No biggie, was my bad for not reading the fine print. I was given a tracking #, and checked every day to see the progress. Was very slow, as expected. So I patiently wait. The 4 week mark arrives, still no delivery, tracking showing that it is in customs review. I wait, up until the 60th day after sending the payment. Nothing. I checked the tracking and it actually finally changed, and was set for delivery. I checked on I think the 63rd day, and it said delivered! Wooo! Go into the mail box to find a empty shipping envelope with a "seized by customs" notice inside. Ugh. Message prime, asked for a refund at this point cause I'm sketched out and over it. They tell me they are so sorry this happened,and that I can't have a refund , because all the orders through the mexico tab are "guaranteed delivery." . . . Um. Clearly not. They tell me that my order will be reshipped from th US stock "hopefully"arriving in a few days. Another week passes, I message prime and explain my situation. The support person said "were so sorry this happened, I will contact the US shipper now." I got a message saying that the US shipper has been contacted and that my order will be shipped out tomorrow and was given a tracking number. I checked the tracking number the week straight, and only the label was created but they had still not shipped the order. So I messaged prime yet again and it has been beyond 70 days at this point mind you. I was then told that they are very sorry this happened and that my order "should be" shipping out this week. Smh. Just finally got the order today, after just short of 3 months since I sent the payment. Figured maybe they could like, kick me a 10% off next order or something for the ridiculous fiasco that was this experience. Oh well, glad to finally have the order, which the 1 star is strictly for quality, which is always good.
