I have over 150,000 in winnings that I've been lied to about getting. These people should be made to follow thru with there paying out of winnings. We paid our part but got nothing in return. If nothing can be done and nothing is done then I guess we as American citizens have no representation and only unfair taxation by our elected officials. We should not have to beg to get what's rightfully ours legally earned then taken unlawfully by foreign criminals. Our justice department should be doing something to help us. Ok here's what I got to say about primebett casino they are nothing more than a lying cheating scammer casino I won 15 thousand dollars I went to withdrawal draw 4000of it I had to pay 55 for activation 250 for handling fee now why is there a handling fee the internet doesn't need a handling fee and then 300 for taxes I paid over 600 dollars and got nothing I waited and waited for the money I used my SSI check to receive my winnings but they after I waited for 3 hours came back and said they found out I had another account that I was using now this is a bold face lie I only downloaded primebett once so I got mad and demanded my money back three times I said refund my money that I put out fore something I never received after a while I got told I wasn't going to get my money back cus they are using it for there casino security now I'm pretty sure they don't have any security seeings how it's a online casino with no reputable payouts there Are over 5000 thousand people who got scammed by this casino oh yeah it doesn't do you any good to go to the online gaming commission because they side with the scamming casinos I tried to file a complaint and a greiveince to get my money back ui for told that I can't file one cus this casino did nothing wrong yes they did they fraudulent and deception me into believing I was going to get my w

I had to rate this lousy website just to leave a comment. This site is a terrible site and an absolute scam!!! If you deposit any money and win, not only do they keep the money you deposited, but don’t cash out the money that you’ve won. I deposited $100, and won a total of $165190. I was told that in order to get the money, I would have to deposit an additional $345 for a processing fee. When I asked why couldn’t that “fee” be taken out of my winnings, they said that that didn’t have access to the money unless I paid the “fees”. Then I received an email stating If I didn’t claim my winnings that it would be considered a “delinquent bet”, and that they were going to try to get the fee out of my account anyway!!!!

This casino is harassing me about paying some type of fee to withdraw money that I won this casino is a scam Don't give them a dime I'm getting ready to research and see how I can report this to the federal trade commission or something because they're contacting me sending me email threatening me if I don't pay the fee what they're going to do and all this kind of stuff this is crazy I've never had this happen to me

I'm so glad that you all took the time to review PrimeBetz casino. I almost sent them $55. Glad I decided to check reviews instead of sending it. They told me that I had to send them the money. I have all kids of screenshots and screen recordings of my game play, my chat sessions, the withdrawal process, my transaction where I sent them $58, everything. Because I felt like it was too good to be true but I still sent my $58 smh! I have screenshots of the many lies I was told. The fact that I was only able to speak with one chat agent me questioning it all. I’m definitely getting this looked into. Because they are going to be shut down!

Then I withdrew 2000 they said I had to pay 58 dollars to validate my account which I did. 5 to 10 minutes for your withdrawal then it is a problem they want 2 to 3 percent to get your withdrawal. They ask me to pay 165 dollars in bitcoin for my monies. In the email they sent me companies to get the bitcoin from or buy through cash app. They should be shut down because they are scamming people or the gaming commission should make them pay for ever withdrawal or and the amount that's in your account. They scam you back out your supposedly free money bonus. They pay well in the games but try to scam you on the withdrawal end. You can not finish a game because as a member you are over your limits...paraphrasing, then you can't play again until you make another withdrawal and they request more money from you. Wow, I finally worn. Almost 8k. Paid, $58 and was asked to pay again. I did it. Then, it took me 48 hours to be $7900 in plus numbers. When you do they tell you what to say in the email when you request your withdrawal and you NEVER hear from them again! Stay away from this app.

I signed up for an account with Primebetcasino.com and began playing for SC coins (which can be converted to real money). I noticed that I was winning more so than any other online gaming sight I have played on. Within 40 minutes of playing different games on the website, I won close to $1000. I decided to cash out. I followed the redemption guidelines, which was to send them an email stating my account name an to let them know I was wanting to redeem and to please "handle it." The guidelines also stated that pay outs would be handled within 5 to 30 minutes. The next morning I noticed an email from the support team letting me know that I still had an available balance and I should request a new redemption asking for all of the winnings, which by that time was $2005. It also said that I needed to make a purchase totalling $58 in order to get my payout. So I then paid the $58. It has now been 5 days and I haven't heard anything back from them regarding my redemption worth over $2000. I have sent them several emails, tried to do a live chat...to which they are never available. There is no phone number to call anyone either. Whenever I hit the redemption button on the screen, all it says is "Pending.". Also, to top it all off, they charged me twice for the $58 I originally paid.
