If I can give a negative rating I would to this company.
First of all. They false advertising about their products. Their measurement chart is completely wrong and the color on the website is incorrect. When I contacted the company for return I followed through all their demands as far as taking pictures of me wearing the garment. Taking pictures with measuring tapes and compared to the chart. After all the hoops I had to jump through. They started bargaining and hassling me about how much percentage they will refund, And by the way according to their website no hassle return within 30 days. Another deceptive practice . When it became abundantly clear I wasn’t going to give in and started the disputing with my credit card company. They rescinded their original refund as punitive action against me. Fortunately my credit card company has ruled in my favor honoring the refund the company originally promised. Buyer be aware. This is a deceptive company do not honor their returning policy as stated in their policy And false advertising about their products.
I urge all the consumers been scammed and mislead by this particular company filing a Complaint to Federal Trade Commission. They document and track complaints against merchants. With enough complaints generate Thry will start investigate . We should not allow these scammers keep on unethical business tactics.

I lost $218 on two terrible jackets. They have fake reviews, pretended they didn’t get my payment, sent the items once I attempted to dispute, and then they were more like a trash bag than a jacket. The smell, color, and quality are unwearable. I tried returning them on my own dime and they were sent back to me. I’ve never left a poor review for anything, but wanted to inform folks that this was a terrible experience and I’ve thrown away more than $200 on their “jackets”. This whole process has been almost 2 months and I give up, they can have my money.

The jacket I bought for my Dad was to small for him I was dreading the return but Prime Jackets was great II sent them an email and they responded next day I was able to pay a small fee (shipping)for another jacket and no need to return the to small jacket Thank you Prime Jackets fir the great customer service me and my dad now have matching Dodger Jackets hs a huge fan.

Copies of genuine designs, jackets sold 280USD, packages arrive from Pakistan. Very poor quality, real scam and no return or refund process. DO NOT BUY !

Excellent customer service. Before I placed my order, they reached out to confirm the sizing and helped me choose the right fit. Their assistance made the process very easy. The jacket fits perfectly and the quality is amazing. We truly love the jackets and are very happy with our purchase.

Absolutely DO NOT purchase from this company. Product is not as described, they do not ship according to their website—and they are unresponsive to inquiries. My order shipped 2 weeks after it was placed, the product which is a men's small fits my 6 foot 200 lb husband (not a small at all). When I requested a return they stonewall me with "your order shipped on time, let us know if there is anything else we can do." They are neither helpful nor honest. It is a scam.

I am very satisfied with the customer service at Prime Jackets. There was an error with a purchase I made and they worked quickly and efficiently to resolve it for me. They did not make me jump through hoops like some places do. Their response time and communication are excellent.

What a great experience! The letterman jacket ordered is extremely high quality, with great colors and stitching. We were trying to expedite the arrival as a gift and the customer service response was quick and helpful.

This was my first purchase from Primejackets and it was unique from the start. Once I made my purchase any communications I made was promptly replied to. I ended up requesting a larger size for the jacket and again the reply and subsequent exchange was made with an unexpected bonus. I will definitely purchase from them again. Awesome experience.

This company is dedicated to scamming people, don't buy anything because they play with your money. Once they've been paid, they fall silent and stall about your shipment.

The jacket I ordered was excellent in quality and fit. Very happy with the product. Im thrilled with the customer service in one aspect: your response to my emails were very prompt and accommodating. However, the delivery service was wanting, long delayed, no tracking notification and an unexpected import fee. You made good on all of it and I appreciate that about you. I wish you would have kept me in the loop during the waiting for 24 days from order date to delivery. Come on guys, I believe in you, I expect you can do better. Lets try for 5 stars next order.

Ordered a jacket for my father for his birthday. It took a while to get to us, but when it arrived it looked great. Sadly, he tried it on only for it to not fit him properly! Sent an email to get it exchanged, and they were super helpful!

The company is selling fake leather goods with fake Nike logos. Buyer beware, they are not willing to offer a full refund or provide a return address because of warehouse maintenance issues..DO NOT BUY
