Wouldn’t give it one star. But I couldn’t write a review any other way. Terrible product, nonexistent customer service. No emails responded to. Save your money!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!

This is so disappointing. I bought the projector on 4th December. It still hasn’t arrived. I’m tracking it... it’s been in and out of sorting centres. It was in Uzbekistan then Poland.. no idea where it is now. Like others, this was a gift for Christmas. Nobody answers the emails I have sent. I would love to take these people down. If anyone has any info about doing that, please put it on here if possible.

It’s arrived.... I haven’t had time to try it properly but i plugged it in and it works... will post a review of quality later... it took two months to arrive so I hope for their sake and mine it’s good.

Exactly two months after buying it I have used it and... it is a bit disappointing. Not worth the wait. The image projected is fine but pixelated. The sound is awful and there is no way to use an alternative speaker. The wire that was sold with it doesn’t work with streaming apps like Disney+ so I bought a chromecast which does work. The projector would be great for a small kids’ room or if you want to project work slides or photos. Not great for much else. Suppose it’s worth the money. You get what you pay for.

Awful, never arrived, no response to emails.

It finally arrived after two months, and won’t actually connect to my iPad as it advertised.

I read the guide and it doesn’t make sense at all, why is Bluetooth needed when I was sold a lead as an extra?!

Absolutely wish I had googled instead of buying after seeing an Instagram ad 🙄 should have known better really that it was too good to be true!

Projector bought as Xmas present and ordered well within time (in Nov), arrived 4th Jan and quality is truly awful. No response to emails asking for a refund as per their supposed returns policy. Don't buy it.
Edit: they have now refunded me and not even asked for the projector back! V odd way of doing business, but still advise not to buy as quality not good at all.

THIS IS A SCAM. My brother wanted this for Christmas so I bought it without checking. Never came. I Sent them SO MANY emails but they never replied. Never sent a tracking number or update. I contacted my bank, reported the scam and had to fill out a long form. Save yourself the time, energy and MONEY!

absolute scam. They do not have a working phone number, do not respond to 24/7 support and I will not receive my money back for two projectors that I know have no use for since they took 5 weeks to come in and missed the Christmas delivery that was projected.

Awful company. Bought my product on the 11th November and still haven’t received it. They also refuse to reply to emails and delete comments on social media!

AVOID!! Do not buy from this company, it is a scam! I stupidly read the reviews on the website thinking they were legit and after over a month of waiting for my projector to arrive it has no sound and the quality is awful. There is never any response from the email and the phone does not work. I’m not even going to try and get a refund as know my emails will not be answered. You cannot comment on the Instagram posts which is a huge red flag. Don’t make the same mistake I did! Lesson learnt for future!!

I ordered my stuff so long ago but thought because of Christmas Delivery delays and the fact that they put on their website that they are receiving high levels of ordered that it can take up to 15 working days but its gone way past that. I messaged them so many times on instagram and emailed them but no response... Ive got to say though before I brought the items I did look at the reviews on their website and saw that it was all good so I was stupidly convinced and it did take me a while to find theses reviews to then find out that I have been scammed.

The same story as everyone else. Do not buy from this company. I bought the projector and lean and neither have turned up. Unfortunately I paid by debit card.

Total scam! No responses! Facebook and Instagram created in October..

Do not buy this. Every review on their website is fake. This product is garbage. The cables they sent do not work and the quality is absolutely terrible. There's a reason you can't comment under their instagram pictures because they would all be negative reviews telling you to run the other way. The telephone number leads nowhere. It doesn't even ring once. Do yourself a favor and buy something else.

Definitely a scam. Do not buy from this company, it appears not to exist. Front for fraud as far as I can make out, phone number does not work, seven emails sent no response so far. Money has gone from my account and no projector delivered. So upsetting ax was a Christmas present for our daughter.

We ordered a projector from this company on the 21st of November - we have yet to receive it. There has been no response to a multitude of e-mails or telephone calls. We have sent our case to the authorities to investigate. If there was a negative rating available on Trustpilot, we have have given it.. Please DO NOT use this company. Beware!

Wouldn’t let me give zero stars. Email was not responded to and phone appears disconnected. SCAM!

for anyone seeing this review wanting their money back:

if you bought the projector via paypal you can have a full refund no questions asked.
just go to paypal on your computer scroll down and go to "contact us". click on action center and click on the add a problem button. go to the payment and click next. Then you click on "havent received item".
I did this and within 5 minutes i had my money back.
