I just renewed for my second subscription. The customer service was extremely helpful. The person worked through any issues in a responsive and patient manner and worked me through what I had to do on my end. I am pleased with the service overall, to the point where I renewed for three additional months.

The only reason why I gave 1 star was because I couldn't get any lower. Terrible service and customer support is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Buffers 75% of the time and can't get a refund.SUCKS!

Don't waste your money. These clowns have no idea what theyre doing.

Mostly garbage channels - Indian/Arabic, no UK/US series of interest. Had to get another provider (that works fine, although these clowns keep telling my my hardware (A-Sticks) can't handle their large channel list of garbage.)

Ever since my review, they have cancelled my account.

This IPTV service is super unreliable, lagging, buffering,freezing all I cut down to my locals and 2 Countries and it's so bad , unimaginable and their customer service is the worse I've ever experienced,I subscribed for 1 year and in 1 month I've done so many complaints and nothing improves just for 2-3days and back to the same trash,what an embarrassment of service ,I'm asking for refund for my 11months that are left and no answering,poor service ,mostly will find a way ,it's a scam and fraud no money back.
I will do my best to find a path to get refunded ....

Worked for a couple of months after I subscribed for a 2nd term problems started, constantly buffering the channels sometimes doesn't even work for the whole day. Costumer service is garbage they take hours to respond and don't really help you when they do. That said save your money and don't use this service!!

I paid almost $44 for a subscription my money was taken but no subscription or emails or verification was provided. I tried several times to contact them with no response. This is a scam. They'll take your money and you'll receive nothing for it. Please do not pay them anything!! I want to warn people!! DONT SUBSCRIBE
Just an update I was refunded the money about a week later without a word or explanation from the company. Not sure what's going on but their customer service sucks.

Paid for the service, never received any instructions, codes for install, and no replies to any forum of communication. Service is BS (crap) and the took my cash...Fraud!!!!

I am a new customer purchased the 3 month package I am on day 4 !!!!!!! Every day is the same 💩 !!!!!! Honestly absolute garbage !!!!!!!! I have the best wifi in Toronto and pay over 200$ of internet and I have a direct link from my tv to my wifi modem I have tried VPN …. No vpn … turning on and off switching iptv apps smarters pro to ibo pro player and every tv … buffer buffer buffer …… I watch ufc ppvs buffer…. Wwe ppv buffer … a movie !!!!!! Buffering every 10 minutes …. Horrible service !!!!! AND WHEN YOU WRITE AN EMAIL
OR DIRECT MESSAGE TO WHATS APP THET TAKE 8 hours to respond !!!!!!! save your money !!!!! Don’t listen to the rest of the star rates !!! My blood pressure is to the max with such horrible service !!!! And the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE Imaginable save you money PLEASE !!! If you like sports live big games or ppvs … enjoy buffer every 10 minutes !!!!

Great service at a reasonable price

Very happy with service so far. Communication was fast and efficient!

They are a scam site. I purchased the 1 month for 11.99 and never got my account. I emailed their support and contacted through Whatsapp and no replies.

This service was easy to set up and use. Occasionally we have some buffering but not very much. I have used serval services and this one is pretty good. The price is reasonable, way better than cable and a great selection of programming.

We have been underwhelmed by this poor service.
While customization is offered, the service is always buffering, the EPG never works and customer service is weak.

The absolute worst mickey mouse company EVER! False advertising and no service after paying. HAMZA WILL RIP YOU OFF.
