Primetestlab.com Reviews

Very professional yet connected team of people behind, with sole intention to work in the best interests of their customers.

I thought i made a mistake in the beginning and response from support was quick and reassuring. Application was approved!! Flawless and easy to deal with!

Primetestlab was very easy to work with. Very transparent and clear about the process and was a great experience. Super easy, great feedback and guidance. 100% would use them again and again in the future!

They were very helpful with the mobile app testing, gave testing reports on time and made sure that the application passed the production. Thanks for your help!

They got back to us quickly. There was an issue on our end that caused us to postpone beta testing by a week and a half, but the team took it in well. The program was approved 14 days later

Truly amazing support.i finished my closed beta with the service they provided.they are also giving you feedback about your game.overall i recommend it to everyone who is looking for testers.

It's worth it. Great quality of the service. Also the QA Report with suggestion of what should be improved helped so much. Recommend!

Very good service, I expected the bare minimum for play store access (testers just opening the app) I got two reports with actual problems in the application I then fixed.
And Google did approve the app after the 14 days.
Very satisfying.

My app got approved after struggling for a while plus they had Amazing customer care and helped me through every step of the way.

I had a good experience with Primetestlab. The service worked as expected and the process was straightforward. Everything was delivered correctly and I had no major issues. There is still some room for improvement, but overall I am satisfied with the service and would recommend it.

The promised result was achieved, but the way the days are calculated is not very clear. I would suggest making this calculation more transparent and easier to understand.

Excellent service, cannot fault them at all and well recommended. I would most definitely use them again.

First, I was a little bit sceptical, but PrimeTestLab proved me wrong. The guides are really helpful and easy to understand. The reports they provide are very helpful and professional. Five stars! The next app is nearly finished for testing. I will continue to use this service! App approved!

The second time I've used Prime Test Lab which says a ton right there. They were thorough and thoughtful. I will not hesitate to come back.

I used Primetestlab to clear Google Play's 12-tester, 14-day closed testing requirement. All 12 stayed active for the full window with no drop-offs, and I applied for production access the day it ended — Google granted it.
Testers weren't just silent installs. They provided me with bugs they'd hit and suggestions for the app, which I actually used. That's more than I expected from a service meant to satisfy a requirement.
Solved the testing gate on the first attempt.

Publishing on the Android store isn't easy, mainly due to the requirement for a number of testers who are hard to find.
PrimeTestLab solved this problem for me.
You pay a fair price, but they handle everything within two weeks and even provide useful feedback.
A top-notch service that I will definitely use again.

Outstanding service! Thank you to the support team for the lightning-fast replies and for helping me catch so many issues. Thanks to your hard work, my app is now successfully published on the Google Play Store. Highly recommended, and I will definitely use your services again!

Great service, Easy to use, they help you every step of the way.

SCAM. over a week, no testing, no customer support.
