I felt devastated when I failed at my first attempt, it felt weird having IOS users have and use my app, and we kept giving excuses to Android users. I hopped on YouTube and the first video that popped up was a guy saying that with primetestlab, your app will definitely get verified. I then hopped on, followed the instructions and voila, I got a congratulatory message stating my approval.
I was super excited because I was really worried about failing again.

Can't find any fault with the service. It was quickly set up, mid way report from on user experience/bugs, and whatsapp communication was answered in a short time (few hours). My app passed the testing requirement and was approved for production in a few hours after application!

Useful testing, but follow-up communication was disappointing

PrimeTestLab identified several useful issues during our closed-testing project and provided two detailed reports. The findings helped us improve the app, so the testing itself was valuable.

However, communication around the post-fix verification was disappointing. We were specifically told that a focused verification report for the issues we had fixed was being prepared and would be shared shortly. After waiting for it, we were later told that the project had already expired and that no additional report would be provided.

Clearer communication about the project expiry and whether post-fix verification was actually going to happen would have avoided unnecessary delay in our release planning.

Overall, useful testing and findings, but the follow-through and communication could be much better.

Great fast and accurate service, everything going well and by plan.

Pretty good, had the basic 20 dollars testing, and they did bring back a few bugs, it was worth it, got approved.

Actually, I didn`t hope your service would give me real review for my app, just expect you to alloate 25 accounts and 14+ days to pass the test that Google Play required.
However, during the test period I unexpectedly recieved very sincere review for my app from you, and I could upgrade the app`s performances and UX, etc.
That was excellantly helpful for me and thanks for that my app was approved from Google finally.
