Bit of a late comer to Primordial Radio but what a delight when I discovered Moose and the team back on the "Air Waves". An absolute must now that I am working from home and will be indefinitely, was stalled of the stale rock radio stations on UK DAB which don't have the balls to play the likes of "Lamb of God" or "Children of Bodom". So glad I discovered Primordial Radio and well worth the subscription.

At last! A real rock and metal station in the UK.
Unlike old type radio, the presenters have the freedom to create their shows how they want, and play what they want. Not having adverts and news is worth the subscription alone.
Their events are on another level, and superb value for money.

Fantastic online radio station with great engaging presenters. You feel like you are part of a community....which you are once you sign up! Brilliant variety of new rock and metal alongside the classics and old favourites. They also put on fantastic events and sell top notch merchandise.

A radio station built for its listeners with presenters from UK & Australia who are very knowledgeable & who present radio shows, podcasts, quizzes & special events like promoting rock gigs & championing new music. Simple the best place to listen to rock & metal music.

Excellent range of rock/metal with great presenters and no ads. Not just the usual hits too, plenty of new music and deep cuts. What's more you're joining a community of like minded people. And events where you can meet each other.

A station without adverts, which is a source of new and up coming bands/artists as well as tipping the hat to those who've gone before. They seem to respect all folk, the presenters are kind and patient and inclusive to all of their listeners.

The fact they also organise gigs and events shows that Primordial Radio is also socially aware and promotes community as well as radio.

I love the range of music that they play plus the presenters are all amazing and keep you entertained throughout the day. Then you have the added bonus of stuff like the AGM and quiz nights that just tops everything off beautifully!

An awesomeness mix of music and community

I love this radio station so much. So much varied music, which is great. It has reignighted my love for some bands I had forgotten about and introduced me to a heaps of new music. No ads great DJs. What more could you want from a rock and metal radio station! \m/

Radio as it should be. That’s been my experience of Primordial Radio. Yes it’s a subscription based station but for that you get live shows 6am-9pm weekdays and 9am-5pm weekends, great presenters that you really get to know and tons of new music that you just don’t hear on commercial radio. Another advantage of a subscription? No ads sucking the life out of you for 20 minutes every hour selling you things you don’t want, so more music and more entertainment which is exactly what I was looking for when I found the station. Well worth a listen for any rock and metal fans as they play the whole range but with a definite focus on the new. I discovered my new favourite bands Massive Wagons and Mille Manders and the Shutup through this station along with so much more music I would never have thought to listen to otherwise. Well worth the subscription and there’s a free trial so you can try before you buy as they say. Keep up the good work everyone, looking forward to seeing where things go next!

I love Primordial radio. Great music (if you like rock and metal), great presenters, great community spirit all round. They keep me sane in this mad world.

The station has introduced me to a massive array of new music, and helped introduce me to many like minded people who I now call freinds. Long may the good times (rock and) roll

I absolutely love this station. The presenters really care about their audience on and off the air!
There are twitch streams to follow, podcasts and they all love a good banter over the socials. They also do regular meet ups, tour around the country meeting their audiences and they have their own mini festival! What other station gives you all that?!

I don't listen to anything else.

Yes it costs but honestly it's worth is so much as you're not paying for the station, your paying for so much more! Sign up today, you won't regret it!

This is the best thing to happen in the music industry for years in my opinion.
The songs are as the musicians intended not altered or filtered for a broadcast companies approval.
The DJ's are all in it for the love of the music and the job,not for some hidden payday or agenda. The station has been created for the audience, for the listeners and NOT for some global corporation or advertising mogul.
No adverts, no sponsors, 50% of all aired music is either new groups or new music form our existing favourites.

The community behind the station is not just avid metal heads or goths, it has a wide variety of professional people, ordinary people and like minded individuals most of whom have a share in the company, it's ethos and the belief of the guys who created the idea originally.

Yes, there is a subscription fee but even so, it's less than a few coffees a month to have access to the radio of the future, today.

I love the station, it's beliefs, ideals and am firmly committed to help Primordial radio lead the way for all other stations to follow.

It's not just a radio station, it's a community.
