I recently purchased the Men’s Crew Socks and really enjoy the playful football design. They’re comfortable and fit well, although the material is a bit thinner than I expected. Overall, they’re still a great addition to my sock collection!

These hair chalks were exactly what I needed for my trip to Abba Voyage. The product quality is great and the price is reasonable.

This keyring is both functional and cute, and I really like it. It was delivered safely and exactly as advertised. Thank you very much.

When it eventually arrived it was a printed synthetic tracksuit style top in disgusting rainbow colours.

Very much a Chinese scam operation!! They are almost impossible to communicate with! They make everything difficult and are NOT customer-oriented at all! Be very careful when dealing with this company!!!

Ordered a red baseball cap "Charlie Kirk". The order came 2 weeks later than promised, The cap I received is counterfeit and not as advertised. The brim is flat and wide, the crown collapses, the name is misspelled “CHARLLE” instead of “Charlie,” and the inside is frayed and badly sewn. Prinsale took the picture from TPUSA with original hat showing a round reinforced crown and a short and curved brim)The customer service said I would have to pay to return to China even as their warehouse is in Etobicoke (Toronto). I ALREADY EMAILED 9 times and sent pictures of the item. Want to make amends? Refund my money and take the fake damaged baseball cap back.

I would give 0 stars if the option were available.. I ordered a hat on the 16th of September and I still haven’t received it.
I probably wouldn’t be so disappointed if I could atleast get someone to respond to an email as to why? Or to offer my money back.
Ridiculous, & shitty.

I have bought 6 Golf very colourful golf shirts for a reasonable price. 4 x large and 2 XL one of the large was too small, XL is better fitting for me even though I am always normally a large size. I have 5 shirts that I can use though. They take a while to arrive but they are very different from most golf shirts so I am happy to wait. I made enquiries about my bank statement entry as I didn’t recognise the trading name, I got a swift response and all was well.

They sent me another persons order and tried to scam more money out of me for another order that does not exist.
They did get back to me quickly on email but just ran around the problem and tried to scam me into buying more stuff that I was not going to get anyway.

Prinsale has great photos of shirts on their website. They run very small. Order a size larger than usual.

Ordered three shirts which have bot arrived. Sent four messages to customer service and have not received a reply to any of them. They use Evri, which would have been a red flag had it been made clear. Tracking number shows no movement in over 2 weeks, and Evris response is to contact seller. Will be making a charge back through bank because I can't get a response from them.

Abysmal customer service and predatory; they refused to refund a purchase when we accidentally bought 2 of the same items, even though we reached out to their support group within the 14 days/unopened item policy stated on their Website. They informed us that no returns are possible because it would be too expensive to ship to their “overseas factory,” and they offered an $7 credit buying credit on their site instead. They are not adhering to their own policies that are posted on their Webisite. As other have noted, product quality is poor. Recommend avoiding this company.

I emailed the customer support 3 times for instructions on how to return a shirt I ordered. They responded with no instructions and a generic email response. There is also no phone number for them.

One star is generous and only awarded because a product turned up.
A site that appears to be selling a range of quality clothing that bears no relation to the goods actually delivered.
Ordered a casual fleecy flannel shirt from them which when it arrived turned out to be a cheaply made shiny polyester item vaguely printed in the correct colours but without essentials such as construction and washing instructions.
Never again.
