Helpful with sizing for matching PJ's and fast delivery, very comfortable material.

Please be mindful when buying from this company. I firstly received my item late and not in time for father's Day which was extremely disappointing. Then my family (husband and son, it was matching t-shirts for father's Day) tried the t-shirts and didn't fit right. I sent them an email and they explained the refund process. I did so but the refund never came back. I contacted them by email and they did not reply. Tired of waiting I went to their website and opened a WhatsApp chat. I have provided them with the order reference, refund tracking details confirming they received it and they are still "looking into it". Just for context this was bought June, returned July and we are September.

I ordered a sweatshirt for my Mother-In-Laws birthday with a personalised photo/text. Good quality sweatshirt and print excellent can’t fault it. Would definitely order again.

Brilliant company to work with. I messaged to ask several questions and received super quick responses. I wanted 11 T-shirts to celebrate a birthday but wanted the one for the birthday girl to have slightly different wording. This was no problem at all and was done without any additional cost. Received them two days later. Lovely quality, highly recommended. I will add a photo after the party but currently they are a surprise.

I would never order from this company again. Their customer service has been terrible as have the products. I returned faulty items, I’m still waiting for a refund for part of the order that they agreed to refund, they’ve refused to refund another part of the order, and they’re no longer responding to my emails.

I ordered matching t-shirts for myself and my daughter. When they arrived, my daughter’s was labelled as the correct size but was significantly smaller than expected, and my own T-shirt had a visible white mark on it.

I contacted the company shortly after opening the parcel with photos to report both issues and request a return. After waiting and receiving no response to my email, I had to chase them via social media before I received a reply. By this point, it was too late to have replacement tops in time for the family holiday they had been purchased for.

The company was initially reluctant to cover the return postage, despite the items being returned because of faults. They advised they would only reimburse the return costs if they agreed the items were faulty following their own inspection.

When they received the returned items, they stated that the white mark shown in the photographs I had originally sent was no longer present. They also refused to refund the women’s top because there was pet hair on it, despite my having explained that the item had remained in my home while I waited for them to respond and arrange the return. The shirt had never been worn, and the pet hair was superficial and removable.

They have refused to refund the women’s top or reimburse the return postage. They also agreed to refund the children’s top, which was returned in pristine condition, but I have still not received that refund. My subsequent emails have gone unanswered.

Overall, I have been left out of pocket for two faulty items and have been very disappointed with how my complaint has been handled. I would not recommend this company.

I orderd some personalised slippers for My Grandaughters Prom night, they arrived quickly and are just what I wanted. The company was very quick in responding when I realised I'd made a mistake with tje personalise and quickly amended my order.

Paid extra for fast delivery, but the order arrived late. I was promised a refund for the delivery charge, but never received it. Very disappointing experience. Not recommended.

Quick delivery really pleased with the quality and products

The ordering process seemed to be pretty simple, until I recieved my order! I paid extra for the school logo on my daughters leavers hoodie. Was asked to upload a photo of the logo when ordering with no other instructions or what kind of photo was needed. So i did this and when I recieved my order the logo was on the front of the hoodie with a large white square around it on a pink hoodie. The print was very poor quality and as you can imagine looked ridiculous. When contacting about the issue I was told it was my own fault. The hoodie is brand new, unworn and unwashed and already the lettering is creased and peeling away. I messaged about this and have recieved no response or support at all in response. Very poor communication and customer service. I have had to go somewhere else and pay again for a new hoodie made. The printing place I went to was also appalled at the hoodie I had been sent by 'Print my tops'. Dont waste your money! Disgusting service!
