Ordered a Print Pod from printpod.co in December.

Months later….
Never ever received my order.
Never ever received a refund.
Never ever received a response.

Total scam.

If I was able to give negative stars, I would have. EVERYTHING in our transaction was a problem.

This company has a fraudulent US front. In reality, PrintPod is part a Chinese parent company and operates as a scam. They provide faulty print pod machines from a cheap Chinese manufacturer.

The website states that satisfaction is guaranteed if the item is returned within 14 days for a full refund. They have no customer service and do not provide refunds. Despite sending photos of damaged product, they continue to supply automated responses. They have no intention of returns.

Buyer beware: Do not let the fanacy marketing pull you in. Print Pod customer service will not let you return this product for a refund. They are a scam company. Stay away!

Printing is terrible quality and the customer service is worse. But they will continue to bombard you with advertisements even after unsubscribing.

Ordered and it gets delivered during the business Christmas break and nobody is even on premises.

They ask you to pay for shipping and they will cover the cost of the product.

This company provides faulty print pod machines from a cheap Chinese manufacturer, and does not provide refunds.

I ordered 2 Print Pods and one was faulty and did not turn on or off. And would not connect. I sent a video to demonstrate the problem, and they kept giving me generic responses.
After several follow up emails it is becoming apparent that they have no intention of refunding my money.

They are a scam company. Stay away!

I ordered a print pod and was shipped a damaged unit. I emailed the company to ask for some resolution but still one month later, they have not offered any resolution. I asked for a new unit or a refund but no response - their customer service rep keeps saying to wait for a response from the appropriate department.

This is a scam company! I can not believe I fell for it. Do not ever buy anything off of your Facebook news feed. The item never arrived. I have gone back and forth with the company who refuses to refund the money. I finally filed a fraudulent charge with my bank. The last communication with them they wanted me to send them more money to contribute towards shipping costs to reship it. They must think I am stupid! Of course I was because I bought it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I should have looked at the reviews before purchasing. Never again! Scam company!

I ordered from luna clothing llc expecting decent quality but the clothing felt thinner than advertised and didn't hold up well after washing. Shipping took longer than promised, and customer service was hard to reach . At my age , i value quality and reliability , and this purchase just didn't meet the standard . I won't be ordering again

I cancelled my order in 12 hours and emailed for a full refund as per their returns and refund policy, all I'm getting back is emails offering me a 5 % refund which I have declined multiple times.

I would give less if I could.
Don’t buy from this company. I tried to, I have not received anything from them. When I tried to track the package the information that they entered for my mailing address was wrong and did not match what I entered. When I reached out to customer service it was beyond infuriating and frustrating based on their terrible customer service they refuse to resend the package without charging me more money and they would not give me a refund. I sent messages to prove the information that I entered was correct and that they put my zip code before my street address. The last email they gave me a link and said it was best to deal with it myself. I repeatedly asked for a refund and they repeatedly asked for more money. It makes me wonder if there was even a product being sent or if it is 100% a scam! I would not purchase based on the tone and attitude of customer service alone. Now I have to reach out to my credit card to dispute. Very disappointed.

This is the last time I am scammed by these Chinese companies selling garbage. Stated 14 day money back guarantee if not satisfied. I opened, hated it and wanted to return within 5 minutes. When I was setting up product, it wanted a credit card and stated I would not be charged anything and then I was hacked!!! Do not buy!!! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!

This company print pod gave me the run around for months, when paypal automatically generated my address with one number off in error. Not sure what happened with the product, but it was never attempted delivery. Then when I attempted to ask for a reshipment it took months, then they would only send for a FEE that was originally free shipping. The fee ended up being more than half the cost of the print pod, and would not reimburse my original fee of the printpod as an option. I don't know where this is shipped from, but guessing asia. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICES. Telling everyone I have met. Definitely not worth double the costs and all the time and effort I have wasted.

This company is terrible. The website says satisfaction guaranteed if returned within 14 days for a full refund. It took 4 emails along with sending pictures before I was told I could send it back. What they don't tell you is you have to return it to China. The customer service is no service at all. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

Simply put. I'm Man as hell and I'm not going to take it anymore. this company is a multi level China scamming company which uses multi fake and questionable business tactics, company Names and possible fake positive reviews to bring in more and more victims. They take the money and you never see the item. whey they say you'll see your item soon but the item never seems to go off from the received payment delivery progress scale. The U.S. should sever the so called relationship and go 100 percent without the them. plain and simple.

Buyer beware: Print Pod customer service will not let you return this product for a refund. Mine was purchased as a gift in duplicate. Completely unopened. They refused to let you return it for a full refund and give you a number of varying reasons why depending on who you contact. Classic online scam.

Same experience as the other reviews. Purchased the item as it was displayed in Instagram and Christmas was 5 days away. Received the product 20 days later from a US address for Tammy Smalls in Grapevine TX. Reached out to the company for return as I had found a different gift considering the late delivery. Shipped the product back to China for half what I paid. And still got a response from them stating they cannot refund. I’ll dispute with my credit card but you shouldn’t buy this product. There are plenty of other equivalent options on Amazon.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT I wish I had done a bit more research before buying this product. I have been trying to return it for months to a China based address. I had not opened the product, have followed up countless times and they keep saying it has not arrived. I can no longer track it as Australia Post advised it has landed in China and can't see where it is now. What a waste of $160AUD. Really really cranky about this. They distribute from USA and Europe warehouses but you can only return to China address. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT IF YOU THINK THERE IS A CHANCE YOU WANT TO RETURN IT AS IT IS NEXT TO IMPOSSIBLE

Horrible product and horrible customer service. They want a video but they will not return if you open.

after 2 months of communication I still don't have my print pod I ordered for Christmas. Am now threating a lawsuit against them for hte return of my money, I don't want the product.

I requested a return for an unopened like new Printpod but the company requested pictures and replied that I read the return policy as it states it must be returned in unopened package (new) condition and in original packaging. I sent a photo of the unopened product and original packaging and they replied that the original packaging must be unopened as well. I had my lawyer to read it and he read that the policy does not state the original packaging has to be unopened.
They didn’t expect me to keep the original packaging so they still used the policy to say all packaging has to be unopened although that is not how it reads. I requested a call but they correspond only to email. I didn’t do my research to check reviews and it was an impulse buy. I’m glad Trumps in office and crack down on these scammers
