I ordered for 2videos and it was delivered as promised but the writing on one of the video was wrong instead of turning 2 it was 32 that was written 🤦‍♀️but the video is beautiful. Thanks

I ordered a video for my daughter. Video came but I asked some details be changed. I was under the impression correction would be done willingly. However when I asked for the change I was asked to basically pay for another video. When I replied to customer service my replies were ignored and went unanswered. The video is a great idea, considering everything is AI I would suggest you go with a company that cares about customer service. There are many companies that do the same thing. When making a moment special becomes a headache it diminishes the meaning of the gesture. Pick a company that cares like you care for your child.

This was so easy to use. I'm an older grandma and not super tech savy. Didn't need to be. This was easy even for me and the results were better than I imagined.

I ordered the happy birthday video with Bluey for my grandson that loves Bluey. The video was absolutely amazing, I couldn't have asked for better. Everything about the transaction was so simple and Printsmuse was so helpful. Would highly recommend using these guys.

Paid additional $20 to receive Mickey video in 12 hours for my grandson. Received Elmo instead which was very cute but after contacting them, they corrected it and sent Mickey.

My 4 year old granddaughter absolutely loves the Bingo/Bluey video!! The product arrived on time. I was worried about the timing at first and sent an email and they were very quick to respond.

Wow! The video exceeded my expectations completely. Great job!

I am very disappointed with my experience. I ordered a birthday invitation and video, and from the beginning there were issues. When I received the birthday invitation, the event details had not been added, so I had to email customer service to have it corrected. Someone did respond and assured me I would receive the corrected invitation by the end of that day, but that never happened.

After that, my emails were ignored. I never received another response or any update about my corrected invitation or the birthday video. I was left guessing when, or if, I would receive what I paid for. A simple email explaining there was a delay would have gone a long way, but instead there was no communication at all.

The lack of customer service has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. At this point, I no longer have confidence in the company and have requested a refund. I understand that delays can happen, but completely ignoring a customer’s emails after promising an update is unacceptable. I hope they improve their communication so other customers don’t have the same experience.

Excellent quality and present for daughter’s birthday. Slight issue with delivery, however this was rectified quickly with clear communication throughout.

Amazing! They had it done incredibly fast and were able to change details after I ordered, (TWICE) without hesitation. I’m so excited to show one of my favorites this video that aunt hay hay got him!

awesome video with correct pronunciation of son's name. I am super excited for his reaction. Though video quality I was expecting a bit better considering now every has high resolution gadgets. But Overall I love it and very special moment for my son before he grows up and consider these things as silly :)

I NEED my refund!!!!! I cancelled immediately after ordering and they replied me asking me why and I replied immediately saying I did not need it and guess what they went ahead to do it the next day!!! and ship and send to me. I need my refund back!!!!
