Great experience

The salesman really try to rob you. They asked me 31K for a toe nail removal procedure. Although on their website it’s clearly mentioned the charges as 12K max.

I would have given zero stars if that was possible. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others against relying on Pristine Care without independently verifying the details of their treatment and post-operative support.

My experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. Pristine Care initially seemed to be in a hurry to schedule my surgery and wanted me to get admitted the very next day, without properly explaining the procedure or what I should expect. I had to push back and request that the surgery be scheduled for a later date.

Once my insurance approval was received, I felt that my concerns and requests were largely ignored. I was admitted and underwent surgery without receiving what I felt was adequate explanation about the procedure beforehand. I also had concerns about the scans and pre-operative evaluation. When I questioned the hospital about this, I was told that these aspects were not handled by them and that I needed to address them with Pristyn Care.

I was also told that the treatment would cost around ₹55,000 under the cash process, but the final amount associated with my treatment was around ₹90,000 when I went through insurance, and I additionally had to pay approximately ₹7,000 out of pocket.

The post-discharge experience was equally disappointing. I did not receive the compression garment I was expecting, despite this being part of what I understood would be provided. its more than 4 days now, and no proper support from the doctor or no support from pristyn care.

Most importantly, when I’ve tried to contact pristyn regarding my post-operative care and next steps, I have not been able to get proper assistance or a connection with the doctors. And my calls have simply been disconnected basis on my phone number.

Overall, this is a really bad experience for a patient to be talking so much just for their treatment to be done. Patients should be given clear information about their procedure, costs, responsibilities, and follow-up care before and after surgery.

Worst experience for a person who goes through this shitty 3rd party consultant

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Pristyn Care’s customer service.

I called their toll-free number, and although someone answered the call, nobody spoke to me for quite some time. I could clearly hear people talking and laughing in the background while I patiently waited for someone to attend to my call.

Eventually, a representative came on the line and, surprisingly, one of the first things he asked was about my profession. I did not understand why my profession was relevant to my inquiry, especially before my concern had even been properly addressed.

Because of the way the call was handled, I asked to speak with a manager. The representative abruptly told me that no manager was available, without making any apparent effort to assist me further or arrange a callback.

This was one of the most unprofessional customer-service experiences I have encountered. When someone contacts a healthcare service provider, they expect professionalism, courtesy, and respectful communication.

Based on my personal experience with their customer support, I was extremely dissatisfied and would be very hesitant to use or recommend Pristyn Care’s services. I hope the management reviews how customer calls are being handled and takes appropriate steps to improve the quality of service.

It was great working with afzal from pristyncare, he was very understanding and listening to our concerns. He took take care of every paper work and communication that helped us get good treatment and guided us through the process

They offered me different surgery but performed different one. I got to know in operation theatre which was a terrific experience.

I had a terrible experience with Pristyn Care regarding their billing transparency and customer service for my circumcision surgery.

During the initial consultation, I was quoted approximately ₹40,000 and assured that it would be entirely covered by insurance, along with a complimentary post-surgery meal (which was never provided). However, after the procedure was completed, the bill was inflated to ₹52,600.

When the insurance approved a lower sum, both the on-ground coordinator and the support helpline explicitly promised that I would only need to remit the exact amount received from insurance, with zero out-of-pocket costs, and that an NOC would follow in 15 days.

Relying on these verbal commitments, I approved the process. Later, an extra ₹12,856 was deducted from my account without justification. When I raised an issue, customer support ignored my complaints, only for a representative to call later and bluntly tell me that I have to bear the cost myself.

Withholding critical financial conditions until after surgery and reneging on explicit promises feels completely deceptive. Beware of their false commitments and verify every single rupee in writing before trusting them with a procedure.

A gang of mafia managed Biz for looting patients money by front-ending a good dr. A big scam agency cheating money of common people with zero infrastructure and cust care.

Pristyncare is really very good at , managing patient pre and post treatment responsibility, I would specially like to thank you Mr Abhishekh Avasthy, he had very keen eye of roles and responsibility. he gave me 100% satisfaction, and i will keep recommend him to others. as i will recommend Pristyncare. Thank you again.

Fraud and Scam of Pristyn Care & Pride Super Speciality Hospital – My Experience (26 July 2026)
I am Srikanth from Porur, Chennai, and I want to share my experience regarding my lipoma treatment with Pristyn Care and Pride Super Speciality Hospital, Perambur.
I was contacted by a Pristyn Care representative Named Emmanuel Christopher who arranged a consultation with Dr. Sasi.(Don't trust this doctor too) During the consultation, I was advised to undergo a minor surgery to remove 5–6 lipomas, and I was informed that the estimated cost would be around ₹45,000–₹60,000.
After I shared my Care Health Insurance details, I was informed that my insurance had been approved, and my surgery was scheduled for 26 July 2026 at Pride Super Speciality Hospital.
However, I later discovered something very concerning.
The hospital submitted an insurance claim of approximately ₹1,00,000 and, according to the information I received, also submitted documents stating that I had been admitted on 25 July 2026. This was shocking because I was never admitted to the hospital on that date.
Later that night, I received a message stating that my insurance claim had been rejected. After that, there was no proper follow-up from Pristyn Care. Despite repeatedly calling and messaging their representatives, I did not receive any satisfactory explanation or support.
I am sharing my WhatsApp conversations and other screenshots as evidence of what happened.
Based on my personal experience, I found the service to be highly unprofessional and lacking transparency. I request everyone to verify all insurance claims, hospital admission records, and billing documents carefully before proceeding with treatment.
If any documents were submitted to the insurance company containing incorrect information about my admission or treatment, I request the concerned authorities to investigate the matter thoroughly.

Bad service from oscar hospital , detained me २ days for Bill purpose,took undertaking from me and did not return yet as bill already settled,no post diagnosis,no drop service as promised,no follow up,post medicine ,no food for attedant.only for 5 days that too generic medicine,for stone and gladder operation charged almost 4 lakhs but did not provide basic facilities.worst service experience won't recommend any one .already made a video when detained and will share on social media for awareness purpose
