Great experience with this service provider. Customer service was outstanding from start to finish. I had placed an order by mistake and they quickly helped correct it without any hassle. They also discovered I had multiple subscriptions running at the same time, explained everything clearly, and helped me cancel the ones I didn’t need.

On top of that, they identified credits in my account that I wasn’t even aware of, refunded my original payment, and reprocessed the correct order using those credits instead of charging my card again. Everything was handled quickly, professionally, and with no stress on my end.

Rare to find support like this these days. Highly recommend.

Ordering is extremely easy. I’ve been getting my bloodwork done with PrivateMD for almost a year now and it’s always been a smooth experience. Great selection in labs as well.

I Had an appointment booked at a lab nearby my house. When it was the day of the appointment I went to the lab only to find out the lab I had booked had closed two weeks prior. I was able to re-book my appointment to a different lab, but a couple weeks later.

My scheduled appointment at the new lab went by fine, I signed in, and was seen rather quickly. I was in and out.

So overall I had a good experience.

The order options of preset lab packages is a little confusing to navigate. There’s a lot of different variations but it gets confusing of what’s “missing” from each one. Otherwise order, to lab draw, to test results, was very smooth and easy and took about 6 days total
