Outstanding company. I run the Poppy Appeal for the Royal British Legion at the Teddington branch. I had the task of rebuilding the 2 memorial gardens at the front of the property. Unfortunately someone stole most of our products to make the gardens so we were trying to scrape items together to make them. Went into PTL for a cost on product and James Scott donated all of the chippings to complete the memorial veterans gardens. I needed some supplies and called in the morning and they happened to be delivering to my area that day so they were able to get my order to me the same day. The driver managed to get his lorry into the narrow drive and saved me loads of time carting 3 tonnes of material that extra distance, very much appreciated.
