reverse polarity switch…
the part was a reverse polarity switch for a series 75 series landcruiser meant to be a pl;ug and play with the new LED headlights. Did not work.
would have been better off buying the LED headlights and harness from steddi.

You purchased 2x pieces of polarity converters, which have a H4 connector on each side.
They plug into the h4 plug on the car and plug into an h4 plug on a light.
Simple...
I am not sure what lights you purchased, or where you got them, but a polarity converter is a polarity converter.
I would say you are facing another issue.
Polarity converters do their job.
Giving a one-star review because you don't know what you are doing is irresponsible.
Maybe consult a professional next time instead of thinking you are an auto electrician.
