Luis was the handyman/technician that performed the gutter cleaning at my home. He was communicative in advance of the appointment, told me what and how he'd do the work, showed me before and after photos of the gutters and roof valleys, and went well beyond expectations on the cleanup around the home. I'd recommend Pro.com for this service, and will be using them for my next home project because if the ease of use and professionalism if Luis.

Woke up to my roof gutter that runs the length of my house down and semi blocking the front door. I had calls in to both a handyman I've used before & a roofing company since the gutter had been pulling away from the roof for weeks. No one got back to me & then disaster. Felt I had to get someone out immediately and Pro.com was the first call I made. Not only did they send someone out that day - that someone (Evan Frazier) turned out to be an absolute wonder worker. Got the slightly bent gutter straightened out in no time and back up looking better than new. He then asked if I had anything else for him to do since he had to charge for 2 hours and hadn't used up even half of that. I directed him to a large hole that Roto-Rooter had cut in my deck (removing part of a beam in the process) while attempting to get at the main drain to my plumbing. Evan fixed THAT almost as good as new (I was missing one of the boards). I was blown away! Fabulous experience!! Would recommend without hesitation!!

Our handyman William C was the best, you couldn't as for better.

Most of what they fixed broke again immediately. They sent someone out to fix AGAIN only to have it break AGAIN. Eventually they just stopped offering to fix. No refund offered.

The website was professional and easy to use. I'm amazed that your estimators could read my project description with two photographs and then feed back such a complete quote. Your "handyman", Evan, was able to do everything I needed with remarkable skill. He pointed out a couple of minor points of interest that I had missed in my spec. Bottom line, on time and to the budget. I no longer have to shop for this scale of project. I'll go directly to Pro.com, henceforth. (Nice!)

Pro.com Handyman is just what I needed. They provided a very reasonable bid for a job to be done at my home. Once the bid was accepted they had openings within days of my request. The handyman showed up on time, gave me his card to verify he was from Pro.com and immediately got to work. He was professional, efficient and his work was fantastic. I will definitely be using them again in the near future.

The work done met or exceeded my expectations, at a fair price.

Excellent service, friendly, reasonable, no problems

I hired pro.com to regrout my bathtub. Robert was so fast he was able to do that, provide advice on a new toilet seat, change handles on 3 doors and trouble shoot another door handle. Robert was great. Would definitely recommend him.

We had our deck stained by Pro.com and the service was great, the job very meticulously done. We are happy. There were a few hiccups during the process - the communication between Pro.com and their contracted handymen could be better. The handymen do not actually work for Pro.com - they contract out in their respective specialties.

I am so pleased with my experience from the beginning to the end of the process. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

The handyman Charlie was excellent. Loved the text feature. This experience is so much better than using a handyman with old fashioned billing. Everything being electronic made everything so much easier. Though the price was high, I am willing to use this service again because of the excellent customer service from pro.com and the handyman Charlie!

all communications were good. Evan arrived as scheduled, assessed the job, gave me the alternatives, and went straight to work. Installed the garage door opener as rerquested, showed me how to use all the alternatives. He was pleasant and helpful. I was very happy with the service.

Dave got to my place on time. He worked diligently and quickly and at one point, even asked if I had more for him to do since he thought he'd finish my list before time would be up. His work was terrific quality. He would ask questions to make sure things were exactly how I wanted them and he was very careful about cleaning up my home. I couldn't have had a better experience. He was just fantastic! Would definitely use him again!

The handyman who came to my house was professional, polite, well skilled in a variety of tasks, resourceful, and leasing to work with. I would request him again.

It took me 2 weeks to schedule a four-hour job. Then the handy man who came left the work somewhat unfinished and never contacted us to see if he could come back to complete it. We were busy moving, so left it the way it was, but it was not finished completely.

I would not use them again.
