Rang James this morning my sink pipes had a leak he came this afternoon rang me before he arrived to say he was on way very good excellent job renewed all pipework would definitely recommend James

Recently had proactive plumbing services doing work in my bathroom. Their work is immaculate. They were at my property on time on the days that were agreed and finished the job in good time. They left no mess and they delivered a fantastic job. Would highly recommend.

James was asked to provide extra toilets and sinks in my nursery given a small amount of space and time he completed the job exceptional time and standard fast response as great job

I’ve had a number of properties in which Proactive have carried out work and every time they’ve delivered exactly what was agreed on upon quotation and always advise friends and family to use them too

Had Jim around this week to sort out a few plumbing tasks at mine. This is the second time I have used him which is probably a sign of satisfaction. He's knowledgeable, gets things done with minimal fuss and is communicates clearly and directly meaning no second guessing. Good service ,would highly recommend.

James came out on short notice to fix a leak in my radiator, then the following Thursday came out and fitted a radiator in my kitchen, couldn’t fault him, professional, clean and got the job done with no problems, top bloke
