I unfortunately had a very bad experience when i ordered items from the Windhoek Branch in Namibia. I was advised to pay for the items in order for them to place the order. After paying the full amount of the quotation i was notified that the items i paid for was not in stock from their supplier in SA, so i had to take a cheaper item. I requested them to refund me the
remaining credit. i sent emails, i phoned but no feedback was received from them regarding my credit. I still have not heard or received any reply or response from their office.

The lady (lady 1) that delt with my order was very nice and helpful. We however had issues with the courier company finding the Johannesburg address and when I called the Probrand office in Johannesburg and got put through to a lady (lady 2) which I did not have friendly response from. She said she did not have time for "this" and insinuated that we gave the wrong directions meanwhile the driver had the directions given to us by lady 1. As a customer I did not appreciate the response I got from lady 2 about the couriers asking for help with the directions to find the place as the address given to us was not easy to find . I am not the courier company so I did not see the reason as to why I got the response I did. My suggestion is that someone who has patience and good customer communication skills deals with people that have trouble locating the office.

Despite the small issue I must commend Probrand on their service and focus on customer satisfaction, The evidence that they care about their customers came when I received an apology soon after my experience was shared.

Every time I have contact the Probrand Group, they have not disappointed once. Excellent service and amazing prices. Would recommend using the Probrand Group to anyone.
