ProCameraShop.co.uk Reviews

Very pleased with how Procamera shop handled all my queries. Had a wedding to shoot on the Saturday at end of week and in 2 days had the lens. I took the option of paying by bank transfer to get an extra 3% discount and they provided email notification as my purchase moved through each stage to delivery. Price was very competitive when compared with other UK suppliers and have confidence that if any issues with Lens (hope not) will be dealt with the same professional and courteous manner. Would highly recommend.

I was so pleased with how Procamera shop handled all my queries. My schedule was quite tight when I ordered the lens and they assured me along the way that the lens would arrive in time and it did. As promised. I even took the option of paying by bank transfer to get an extra 3% discount. They were brilliant. I will certainly be using them again.

My Canon lens arrived on time and in perfect condition, and the customer service was brilliant.

My email to Procamerashop after receiving my order (ordered late Tuesday, came Thursday morning):

"I was really impressed that my order came so quickly - the camera arrived safely - and what with the competitive price, I am a very happy customer - will definitely use you guys again! The hotline phone operator was very helpful and friendly, too. For a company that is internet based, the buying experience was smooth and reliable."

My initial enquiries by emails about a pair of Swarovision binoculars were responded to swiftly. The tone of messages was friendly and helpful. The 3% discount using direct bank transfer meant a significant saving. I ordered on Tuesday and the item arrived via UPS on Friday, within the timescale of 1-5 days delivery specified on the website. A positive experience which should be the case when an expensive item is purchased online.

Bought a Sony RX100 at a very good price but it took 5 days to get here. Order delayed by security check involving sending copy of latest utility bill which I provided on the same day as the order. I buy off the internet all the time but I've never had to do this before....very strange?? Ordered 12pm Wed but not dispatched until Friday due to security check. Website says orders shipped next day delivery but actually it's next Working day so didn't get here until Monday afternoon. Good communication but if you want it ASAP keep an eye on your emails after you place order so that you can send a copy of utility bill and avoid adding to lead time. If you don't check your email for a few days you'll probably be looking at 7 days or more.

Purchased a Canon G12 from ProCameraShop and the whole experience was perfection. I wish all online companies performed as good as these, I used the bank transfer option to make my purchase which was quick and easy, I even amended the delivery address without any issues or delays. They are the most competitively price camera shop and I would definitely use them again. First rate there is no better.

I have used this company now for two purchases. Quality fast service at very competitive prices sums it up nicely.

I would certainly recommend to a friend.

Lens arrived today in mint condition. I'm very happy with the service, competitive price, communication and ability to track the order. A big well done.

I'd previously ordered a similar expensive lens from big Norman and had a nightmare of a time.
No doubt I'll be coming back to buy more here in the future.

Buy with confidence - Six stars - highly recommended.

Very competitive pricing and extremely fast response to emails. Purchased a high end Nikon lens and the service I received was first rate. Company kept me well informed at all times and made the purchase hassle free.
Would definitely buy from them again and I highly recommend them to other potential buyers.

I must admit, I was a bit wary as their price was so good. Seeing other reviews, though, I decided to risk it. No regrets. I was kept fully informed at all stages and on opening the package it was perfect. Ordered on Friday, arrived at the south coast on Monday.

Will use them again.

Great service, very quick.

ProCameraShop were excellent in their quality of service, communication and speed of delivery. The price of the item I purchased (Tamron 17-50 2.8) was by far the cheapest this side of Asia.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone and I will certainly deal with them again in the future.

Very pleased with my purchase from ProCameraShop. Ordered a Tamron 17-50mm (Good price) on Wednesday and received it this morning. Excellent communication and fast shipping. Highly recommended!

Great prices, quick delivery, would definitely deal with again.

A massive and genuine thanks for the unbelievable service you have provided. My fast new Sigma f2.8 70-200mm lens has arrived safe and sound via UPS and I couldn't be happier. From start to finish your service levels have been excellent, even when I had questions you were on the ball and answered immeadiately.

Thank you ever so much, a new and now loyal customer :o)

bought a sony A77 from them, best price I could find and super quick delivery, I will definately shop with them again (when I've saved up again obviously)

I've just purchased another lense from ProCameraShop - I needed it quickly and they shipped it out the same day of my order. With free next day delivery using UPS, my lens arrived safely and exactly when I needed it.
I have my eye on a few more lenses and I'll definitely be using you guys again.
Thanks again for an efficient service and for shipping my lense so quickly - I really appreciate it.
